I would give a 7 Stars if that were applicable! As a first-time buyer, Prestonwood Mortgage Company held my hand through the process. They walked alongside us through even home selection by answering questions, always available. Documentation was thorough and uncomplicated. Closing was quick and smooth. They made sure we were locked into the best rates. Our closing was extended by one week due to further inspections. Prestonwood made sure we were locked into the same rates at the time when rates were fluctuating daily.I could not have asked for a better partnership as a first-time home buyer.They came highly recommended and did not fail in the standard of service that they were recommended for. I really encourage anyone whether a first-time home buyer or investment buyer, or on your second home purchase to do business with Prestonwood Mortgage Company!Thank you so much for making this milestone effortless Fo my family.

John was and will remain the only Loan Officer I will use or recommend. I suffered through a nightmare with a few other's and when I was referred to John, he came in and saved the day. Not only did he work round the clock with full communication on our loan, he also got us the best deal possible. Happily still living in my beautiful home with an interest rate that was a steal.
