I debated whether or not to write this review, but ultimately, I decided to share my experience to prevent others from going through what I did with this childcare facility. My child attended this daycare for just over three months before I finally withdrew them.First and foremost, the professionalism of the "directors" is non-existent. The way they communicate with parents is entirely unprofessional, particularly Tamara and her sister Tara. They could greatly benefit from etiquette classes. My child was in the infant 2 class, not even 18 months old, and I felt they called me for every minor issue, forcing me to leave work repeatedly. When I arrived at the daycare, there was often nothing wrong with my child. This constant disruption put my job at risk, and Tamara's only explanation was that the teacher in that class was "old school."Dropping off my child each morning filled me with guilt because it was clear he didn’t like it there. The atmosphere was toxic and negative, and I know my child sensed that energy. Despite my attempts to remain hopeful, things never improved. Tamara's tactics and attitude, combined with Tara's sarcastic comments about my child, were incredibly frustrating. The only positive aspect of this center was the teacher Jessica. She was amazing with the kids, and my baby adored her. She deserves a better work environment, and I hope she finds one soon.

It's been several years since my kids attended this daycare, but when they were there they loved it. They were there when Miss Tara was still running it out of her home and then transitioned into the facility that she is in now. She was always very nice and always showed genuine care and concern for the children.

This is by far an outstanding daycare owner Tara and administrator Tamara are very helpful with registration. My 2 yr old son's teacher Ms. Lisa has been very patient and understanding with my child. All the staff is very friendly, and would highly recommend this daycare to all parents looking for child care in this area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

surprised they're still up and running. my son, CJ, went here years ago when it was a in the owner's mother's house and still has flashback memories of how they mistreated him. removing him was the best thing for him. swear this kid, to this day, still references the times he had while there at almost 13 yrs old, really sad i feel horrible knowing i took him there

My daughter has been at this daycare since she was 6 months old. The staff, especially the directors, are so responsive. The teachers are so compassionate and strive to ensure the children learn. They are also culturally sensitive. They celebrate all cultures and provide education to the children to promote cultural diversity. Precious Kargo Academy is by far the best daycare in the DFW. This daycare has also become family. Please, if you are looking to for a daycare for your child, look no further, PKA is the one!!!

My kids have been going here for 4yrs and I won’t take them anywhere else. My now 6yr old who was 2 at the time when he first started, is advanced in his class because of the teachers here. He was writing his name and was bringing home homework everyday. My daughter was well prepared for pre-K 4 this school year because they took the time to actually teach and not babysit. It’s more like a family here than just a regular daycare. If you enroll your kids here you won’t regret it!!

PRECIOUS KARGO ACADEMY IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!!! My kids started at this academy almost 4 years ago and I can truly say I wouldn’t have chosen any other daycare. Mrs. Tara, and Ms. Tamara are great leaders of this wonderful facility!!!! Them along with their staff and teachers provide excellent service and support to myself and children. When my kids first started I was nervous about them changing schools and daycares but they made us feel like family right away. Now my youngest son is in the 2 year old class and Ms. Lisa and Ms. Carmany are helping my son develop all the social skills and they are also helping me get him fully potty trained. I can truly say they are teaching life skills as well as curriculum. Can’t thank them enough for accepting me and children into their hearts and daily lives. With love and much respectNae, Alani, DeMarcus, and Ashton

I found PKA IN 2016 and I haven’t left them since. My kids are always taking care of.The house is where we started, clean, smelled good, and granny food is delicious. What I love most about PKA, apart from the cleanliness, they actually teach our kids.Instead of sitting them in front of a television just wasting time.PKA offers structure and a curriculum for our babies.Safety is a big deal for me, and I never worry about my kids. When I drop them off I’m happy, no one can just walk onto the property, nor can anyone walk right into the facility.I am a parent that is extra when it comes to my kids.I know I use to be a big pain in the butt when I first got with them.Tara, Tammy, Ms. Nett, Granny, & Ms. Dee,They all were very patient with me as a single mother and first time sending my child to daycare.Even with all the questions and everything else. They always remained respectful, patient, kind, and loving to me and my kids.I would follow them anywhere because I have a piece of mind when I drop my kids off. They even help with homework with the after school kids.PKA IS AWESOME, besides they celebrate ever holidays and I’m always down the for the Parties. We’ll before COVID changed everything. Also when Covid broke out, they was on it. They had only One case after almost a year with Covid being here.I recommend everyone that I know to send they kids to PKA.They are family, and we all love PKA, besides they works with you and very understanding.Don’t sleep on PKA, best daycare Dallas has to offer.I am still one of PKA parents, I moved 30 minutes away from the center and I still take that drive to PKA.

So today was my sons last day. And I thought that I should leave a review. I’m a very picky person and even pickier mother. With that being said every time I mentioned even the slightest inconvenience it was instantly fixed. My son was in infant 2 room and he seemed to genuinely enjoy it. He’s one years old but despite his age they were more than willing to accommodate each thing like early potty training and my view of shoes on toddlers who can’t walk yet. Well they’re not only nice teachers they care about the group of kids like their own. I honestly expected to be disappointed with this choice based off majority of these reviews. But in fact not only did my son make friends he also has two more adults who care about him and his growth. My review is directed towards the teachers of my son. I can’t make comment on the owner due to the fact that most people such as myself probably wouldn’t even be able to run a daycare let alone a family based one. I’m glad that I decided to enroll my son in his class in this specific daycare. So before judging off of reviews please check it out yourself.

Tara stop being rude and condescending to parents... we help build and grow your business. I kinda understand why your staff is so unhappy now... And tell your sister Tamara to stop acting like a bulldog... I'm sure she would keep that attitude in check if her sister didn't own the facility or she probably wouldn't have a job at all... by they way she carries on... I've heard up close and in person how she speaks and acts when she thinks parents arent around and stop hiring hoodrats and employees who look like they sleep under bridges!!!...
