Went by on Mon to get my booster, they did not have mederna and told me to call tomorrow to check. Tuesday come and I call they confirmed that they have mederna so I told him I'd be coming in shortly for that booster. When I got there, they asked me if I registered online. I replied with when I came by yesterday and called today no one mentioned online registration. They then said they have mederna but it's frozen still. Now, I had to ask why did they failed to mention that to me earlier when I indicated that I was on my way in for my booster. Never again, I'm going to CVS. Horrible customer experience.

I called them about getting a Pfizer vaccine and they stated to just come on down. Easy! Caring! Super friendly people. Additionally, I found out that they will deliver your prescriptions within the metroplex area of dallas!

Your Covid vaccination setup at Plano Mosque was extremely disorganized and chaotic today. You didn’t even figure out simple logistics around checking people in as they walked through the door. Half the people were waiting without any number assigned to them, there was no concept of an appointment for the folks for went through the process of getting an appointment. Maybe 30% of the people actually had chairs to sit in, the chaos led to everyone congregating at the pharmacist’s station. Not to mention, your crew was late.

This past Friday after leaving the Dermatologist, I needed to make a transfer from one pharmacy to Powerhouse Pharmacy for this particular medicine. Nicole continuously reached out to the other pharmacy throughout the day because they were not answering the phone AT ALL, and I was almost positive I was not getting my medicine until the following week:( After multiple attempts of calling throughout the day she finally was able to get my prescription transferred! She took my information over the phone to speed up the process & despite the time that they closed she waited on me to get off of work and greeted me outside with my prescription. That is truly outstanding customer service! Nicole went over and beyond the duties that her job required really and that really made my day. I’d give more stars if I could.. Thank you Powerhouse Pharmacy and most importantly THANK YOU NICOLE!

Phone etiquette was great and a smiling face was there when I picked up my prescriptions. They also offer shipping when I don't have time to pick up my medications. I'm a Powerhouse customer for life!

extremely friendly and professional staff; they stay ahead of everything when it comes to dealing with your insurance and reaching to doctor for rx. Refills...They allow me to pay my copays late sometimes too...My dr. Once screwed up my refills on insulins but the manager “Gru” drove all the way to my house to drop off my meds the same day they have gone way above and beyond to service me.. definitely recommend them to everyone.

If you choose to use PowerHouse please get the names of the technician that’s assisting you. Also, have them repeat any payment information or pertinent request to ensure everyone has a complete understanding of the request.
