Check sources on their website! There are none! Also, they claim to CURE POTS syndrome! Also… they are very scam-like on the way they handle calls and signing up without an appointment. If I were you, search for the pots treatment center on Reddit. Horror stories of no results and denying refunds.

An excellent experience! The staff were so kind & helpful. It was the first time I’d ever spoken to a doctor who fully understood all my symptoms. After a lifetime of trying to get to the help and treatment I needed, the clinic truly gave me hope and priceless knowledge & tools to feel better.Highly recommend that anyone struggling with POTS or dysautonomia receive the treatment and care they need from Dr. K & the whole POTS Treatment Center. So grateful for all they’ve done for me!

I’ve been struggling with POTS for a while now, and came here based on the recommendation of a close friend. I found this program to be extremely helpful. Everyone here was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

It has been over a year since I went to POTS. To this day, I use the techniques that I learned throughout the treatment. My symptoms have abated and I feel capable of taking on anything.

I am profoundly thankful to Dr. Kyprianou, Dr. Townsend, Carey Shore and their staff. This virtual dysautonomia rehabilitation program FAR exceeded my expectations. Rather than treating the symptoms and using crutches like compression socks, they are attempting to treat the underlying cause of dysautonomia using the principles of neuroplasticity -- the ability to strengthen/restore the connections of specific neurons using smart repetitive actions. Their rehabilitative approaches may seem simple, but there is deep theory behind them from the disciplines of human physiology and neuroscience. On top of this, they take a whole body-mind approach, by adding further techniques from psychology, nutrition and kinesiology. I get the sense that they have developed their approach using trial-and-error -- experience with patients over many years -- which has a lot of practical value. Some skeptical patients might benefit from links and references to this theory to gain more confidence in their approach (something for the Center to consider -- in my case, as a scientist, I could access journal articles). The first 2 weeks of this virtual program consists of them explaining underlying principles, the rehab techniques and use of the equipment (which is mailed to you), which are then used by the patient over the next 90 days with their software, with the ability to request virtual consults as needed (included in the fee). In my case, the training occurred with 2 others, with significant 1:1 time. To my pleasant surprise, after the first 2 week phase, I have seen a significant improvement already (especially in my energy), and moreover, I have the tools to continue seeing improvements over the coming months. Prior to the treatment, I was getting worse, week by week, to the point that I could not sit or stand up for more than a few minutes -- that negative trend has turned around, and I can do limited activities that were not possible two weeks earlier. My family has commented on this, and I see less worry in their eyes. However, as a patient, one has to put in the work on a daily basis (hours each day) and be dedicated to it, take and review notes when they teach, ask questions, listen and respect their advice. The staff is profoundly caring and take the time to answer your questions and your specific situation after you begin. Yes, the program costs money, but given staff and overhead costs, no one is getting rich by my calculations, and it is the BEST investment that I have ever made in my own health. You will certainly not be hurt by their program --- I can only see the chance of some degree of improvement and tools for overall long-term health. But before you pay a cent, explain your situation and see if it right for you -- they will be honest about specific situations that they know they cannot treat. This is a small, low-key, humble group. The treatment does not come with guarantees, so you have to take a risk. I am certainly not cured after 2 weeks, and have a longer journey ahead of me, but I have real hope for the first time. THANK YOU -- you have my deepest respect and gratitude.

Best place to treat POTS. I’m a parent of someone who’s been coming here, and we’ve seen significant improvements. Highly recommended.

I recently did the POTS treatment center program and it has really helped me! Before starting the virtual program, my POTS had flared up so bad, I was bed ridden and wheelchair bound and had just been in hospital for a week and was told they didn't know what else they could do and to go home and wait it out. I was completely hopeless...... This program can help you. If you follow what they tell you to do. I am not a big fan of medications, and they really try a holistic approach which I liked. All of the doctors here really care and want to help you! Dr. Townsend and Dr. K are absolutely amazing! Within the first week my family and husband all stated they could tell it was helping. I am happy to say I am no longer wheelchair bound and I went from not being able to eat to eating dinner again with my family. My mentality has completely changed, and I feel hopeful again. I feel like I have tools to help me feel better whereas before I felt so lost and like I had no control with what was going on. I still have a way to go, and still get headaches. But compared to where I was when I first started, I am doing so much better! For that I will be forever grateful! I hope to continue to improve! Such wonderful people, great tools, and program! I would recommend although pricey if you can do it, be open minded, and stick to it to find a way to make it happen!

I have suffered from the symptoms of POTS for many years but did not know what it was. Recently, at the age of 66 years, I was diagnosed with POTS by my cardiologist. I found the POTS Treatment Center and signed up for their on line program. I felt the price was a little high but if it could improve my life, then it would be worth it. Well, it has been several months since I completed the program and I am doing so well! I felt significant improvement by the end of the two week program and now feel even better. If you do what you are trained to do, you can’t help but feel better. Dr. Kyprianou is so understanding and helpful. The other staff members are very caring and will walk you through any problems or questions you might have. You are left with tools for the future in how to care for yourself. I am so grateful I took this program and truly, it has been a game changer for me. I am sure I will continue to improve.

After 15 years of dealing with POTS, I really started to believe that I was never going to get better. The POTS Treatment Center gave me the tools needed to get it under control. The medical team is absolutely amazing, and put their all into getting their patients to a better place physically and mentally. This program takes dedication to truly feel better, but I went from feeling 15% to 80% in less than 2 weeks! I swear by this program!

I did the intensive 8 day program and then continued the at home program myself for another two months. It’s basically just biofeedback to help you with breathing and muscle relaxation. It did absolutely nothing for the POTS symptoms. I have started back up with the DNRS program that worked for me the first time around and that has helped already in four weeks. I can’t recommend a program that is essentially breathing and muscle relaxation exercises for $8700 that made no improvement to symptoms. The DNRS program is only $349 and fully refundable whereas I can’t get even a partial refund on my $8700. Also you can buy the biofeedback equipment and do their video program at half the price which I discovered on my own after I had already paid. All support is Telehealth and in group format, not one-on-one as I was told in the consultation. Pretty disappointed to have wasted all that time, effort and money with no results whatsoever.

Dr. Kyprianou and the wonderful team at the POTS Treatment Center have changed our daughter’s life. Their expertise and 25 years experience are unmatched anywhere. We learned more about POTS and Dysautonomia in the first two weeks of this program than we have in the ten years since she was diagnosed. Our daughter’s symptoms (unrelenting migraine, dizziness, nausea, crippling fatigue) were so severe in the beginning that we were unsure she could begin the program. But Dr. Kyprianou never gave up. Gradually, her symptoms began to improve. Thanks to the comprehensive, compassionate and individualized care we received at the POTS Treatment Center, our daughter’s unrelenting migraines are a thing of the past. She continues to see improvements in her POTS symptoms. We are so grateful that the POTS Treatment Center will continue to be there for our daughter as she continues firmly on the path of continued recovery. We have found our way forward.

My symptoms are going away because of the training I received at the POTS Treatment Center. I feel SO much better. I would still be experiencing a lot of anxiety and severe symptoms if I hadn't worked with their team. Really grateful to have joined this program!

I had originally posted the review below but thankfully Dr. Kyprianou got in contact with me right away and cleared up the situation. She explained that the person who had answered the phone was new and did not have the information to answer my questions. She apologized profusely for my negative experience and I truly believe she was sincere. I will be meeting with her soon to discuss the services they offer and I look forward to hearing from and working with her. I believe Dr. K is a knowledgeable and dedicated doctor who truly wants to help people struggling with POTS. I will update my review again in the future once we meet again and we have the opportunity to work with her.I definitely DO NOT recommend the POTS Treatment Center. From the first point of contact, it was a disappointment. The lady who answers the phone is so rude, smug, unhelpful and unwelcoming - really not the first impression you want for a business. Your employees reflect the values of your company/ office, and this was a very poor and negative representation which made it very clear to me that this is not a place I want to be associated with in any way. People who call your office have probably been dealing with very serious and disabling Dysautonomia health issues for a long time so maybe a little kindness and positivity would be in order but that is definitely not what I felt when I called this office. I strongly suggest reconsidering who you have answering your calls because this individual ensured that I will never consider working with your office. Not sure if she treats everyone like this or just minorities but it’s something that should be considered and looked into.
