Scam Artist!!!!! Absolute worst experience paid for dress and rush order. I never received the dress for an event!!! After not sending my dress until the day before the event according her. She then contacted fedex to return the late shipment and would not refund my money. The piece of the dress that were shown to me and never finished was terribly ugly and misfitting. Tiffany takes no accountable for faults. Please avoid at all cost!!!!

My experience with Pink Lucy was amazing! From the beginning of our first bridal consultation, Tiffany made my stress levels feel at ease. She took time to listen to my desires and gave important feedback. Her confidence, passion, and what her brand stands for, is what really sold me. We worked closely together , visualized my dress from scratch, and she confidently asked for me relax and to trust the process. It’s hard letting go when you’re a Bride 2 Be but I knew I was in good hands. Pink Lucy and her team worked extremely hard for months to assure I was completely satisfied throughout the entire process. Oh and “Kimora” is that Girl! She stayed in contact, very quick response time, down to earth , and over all very professional! My overall experience was top tier!! I would highly recommend Pink Lucy and her team to anyone!! 10/10 and definitely five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't like giving negative reviews, but this time I am and honestly didn't want to give a star. I placed an order for one item in August for an event I was going to in September. When I ordered, it gave an estimated date 10-14 days after, which was fine. I received a call 9/13 saying it was a delay due to the Beyonce concert and all the orders placed. I was beyond upset because I had one item so these orders had preference over mine. I was also advised that more seamstress were being hired, which I don't understand having a sale when you didn't have extra hands. After the second call, I was told that if I wanted a rush order I would have to pay $75 more, which I refused to do, then told I would not receive a refund. As of today, I still haven't received my order and had to find a backup outfit. Received another phone call on 9/14 asking if I still wanted the pants, at this point I said no, but I'm being told that I can't receive a refund. Still waiting, still upset, I will never in my life order anything again.

I recently had the best in store shopping experience when searching for my birthday outfit. Surprisingly the owner herself was in store and personally helped me put my look together. She has a collection of beautiful, original pieces that she designs herself! Her customer service was top tier! I really felt like I was shopping with a friend! I was able to leave with a look that I felt confident in and knew that my pieces would be a one of a kind! I definitely will be back to shop for all of my events going forward!

Kimora is the most professional, most kind, most patient sales representative/administrator I’ve ever ENCOUNTERED. I swear there need to be a million more Kimoras. She made my online/over the phone shopping experience super easy. Her customer service was A1. I wanted some pants for Beyoncé renaissance concert and when I say pink Lucy showed up whewww the level of customer service is outstanding I started my order online while I was doing that I received a text with a follow up call on my measurements and everything was spot on my pants received so many compliments when I say I broke necks in these pants I can thank them enough for the impeccable customer service as well as a stunning design.

I have had the honor of having not 1, but 3 dresses made by Pink Lucy! Tiffany and her staff are amazing and do the most beautiful work! 1 dress for myself and 2 so far for my daughter. And I will tell you this, my daughter is very particular and specific with her vision of how she wants these dresses to look and Tiffany absolutely exceeds our expectations EVERY TIME! I have never had any issues with any part of the process. I think when people want custom gowns they don't know what it really takes to bring that vision to life, and Tiffany has always been 100% transparent during the whole process each time we have used her. I 1000% recommend her!!! And will definitely be booking with her in the near future.

I prefer to post this review anonymously as Tiffany is an extremely combative person as you can see in her responses to other reviews. She never takes accountability and my experience with her was a -80000/10 absolutely horrible. Not to mention I never wore the $1000+ dress it was the cheapest looking dress ever. If a toddler had a sewing machine that’s exactly what this dress looked like I would highly recommend listening to the reviews and taking your money else where. She will ruin what is supposed to be a luxury experience for you truly the worst designer I’ve ever worked with. When everything should be about you it’s not with Tiffany ZERO CLASS and I’d steer completely clear of her business unless you’re a celebrity paying a ridiculous amount I’m sure your dress will look like it was from dollar tree.

Tiffany designed my niece's prom dress dress and it was SOOOOO gorgeous. It was one of a kind and fit her body like a glove. She stood out as the Belle of the Ball and was voted best dressed. The dress went viral on her Tik Tok too :)

There were issues with the shipping but I was most appreciative of Kat for contacting me to rectify and ensure that I receive my beautiful Kimono that I ordered. Pink Lucy was even gracious in adding something special to my order as an apology for the delay. Nothing beats wonderful customer service and for that I thank you.

Tiffany Walker were absolutely amazing!!!! Tiff and her team her so professional and loving and treated me with such honor…. She didn’t treat me any different than her celebrity clientele. Her assistant Kat was so flexible and accommodating. I felt beautiful in my custom gown and would recommend anyone to get DESIGNED by PINK LUCY!!!!
