Do not come here to shower. The showers are NOT being cleaned and they’re just opened but not being put in the system. We asked the front desk and she wiped her hands clean off this problem by saying “Im only front desk. I dont deal with the showers.” WORST Pilot.

Waited for a shower like an hour still most showers are open but no one is cleaning and putting in system . The manager I asked what going on she just said to wait like I am waiting from an hour . Don’t have a choice since in Dallas but they can do a better job managing this place .

This pilot is ok, The truck parking area fills up fast even though it's over 1/2 paid parking. Better than the Flying J next exit up. It's not bad for an inner city truck stop.

I thought this was a really good pilot. The only thing I was disappointed was.There is no trashcans in the parking lot. I thought it was clean and very well stocked. Shot out to Demarcus... This guy was working his butt off to keep the showers clean and moving. He was very professional and polite and also helpful. Good job to Demarcus. You may not Hear it all the time but thank you For your profession And keep up the good work. Us truck drivers appreciate you!!

Had to wait a hour for a shower and there was 6 open when I said something about it they acted as if they had a problem had to wait even longer i just left

Driver's beware of your surroundings and your rig, my company along with other Trucking companies are being broke into. On 06/05/24 our trailer and other truckers have been broken into cutting bolt seals and cutting padlocks. Paid parking or not, this place and I am sure other places are the same. Please if you see something please say something ?
