After speaking with Ashley and Beau, I hired Phoenix Express for a move from McKinney, TX to Meridian, ID. Everything went smoothly. On the day of the move, a bunch of guys showed up and made quick work of emptying my house of all my furniture and boxes, and they treated my property with care. Additionally, I hired them to tow a non-running vehicle, and their team was able to easily load it on their trailer. Three days later, they arrived in ID and unloaded everything. They were happy to place furniture and boxes anywhere I wanted, including upstairs. Ultimately, I selected Phoenix Express because I trusted they would do a good job, and I was not disappointed. Plus, they were able to drive directly from TX to ID and deliver within 3 days, which was far superior to dealing with one of the national van lines or brokers that can take 1-2 weeks, or even longer. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a move – long distance or otherwise.

Unquestionably the absolute best moving experience ever. The owner runs a top notch professional business. He is very organized and honest. He communicates in an effective and timely manner. The movers were so great. They packed and wrapped everything meticulously and were very organized, courteous, clean and professional. Highly recommend.

Phoenix Express is awesome! The service was great and the price was super competitive. They did a direct, interstate move for us with packing services and transporting one car. I have done a couple interstate moves, and this was the best experience I've every had. The whole team was nice and professional. The packing service was quick and organized, making it much easier to unpack things at our new place. The movers where wonderful. They brought a big team that was able to pack our stuff quickly. Everything arrived in great condition. There was a crib that wouldn't fit through a door in our new place and the movers quickly disassembled and reassembled it in the new room. Our car was transported with the moving truck, no damage or problems. It was nice to have our car arrive at the same time as our stuff. I would highly recommend them for your move!

Our moving experience with Phoenix Express could not have been better. A great team and great teamwork. Packed us on day one; loaded us on day two, including one car. Arrived at our out- of- state destination the morning of day three and unloaded us. Prices were very competitive. There were no damages, and Phoenix Express staff members were a delight to work with. Amazing moving experience. Our first move in 18 years and not sure what to expect. I loved that they actually came out to give us a realistic quote, all furniture was very tightly wrapped and the crew was super friendly and helpful.
