I was actually sad to get rid of my storage…Ms Marla is the nicest manager and so friendly…anytime I had an issue she was ready to help and very understanding…Never had an issue or worried about the storage…if u get a chance meet Mr Smokey bear and Ms lulu

I've been renting from Peyton place storages for 2 years and I've had nothing but great experience the manager Marla is a wonderful person and they help as much as they can if something happens where you're not able to make the payment they just don't lock you out and sell your stuff they try to help you out as much as possible and I think that's great! Sun storage places wouldn't do that they would just get rid of your stuff.GenevaI would recommend Peyton Place storages to anyone, that needed a storage

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The manager Marla is super kind and professional. Marla let us borrow a dolly & brought us water while loading our items without us even asking. Thank you Marla! We see you. Great location and very secured.

Marla personally is the reason why I choose to continue my business with Peyton's Place. I cannot speak highly enough of what a awesome manger she is. From the first moment I met her to just the other day very polite, professional & pays attention to detail. She patrols the property to make sure everyone's belongings are secure & property is clean. And upon leaving at times would feel as if I'm leaving home and mom (whom passed away) is waving me good by telling me to be safe and have a great day. 5 stars is not enough

I have never met a nicer Manager! She is consistent, respects everyone, and is so considerate. Any issues or concerns I have ever had she has jumped on it. Treats you like family, always offering waters to us. It is nice to be treated kindly at a place of business. Reading these past reviews must be people who are not customers because Marla is amazing. If I could give 20 stars I would! If you want to be treated like family do not hesistate to rent from here.

I have a storage unit here and I am constantly being harassed by the manager Marla every time I come to my storage unit. If you want to be talk to and treated like you are a child this is the place for you. If you want to have someone constantly watching you and your every move this is the place for you. If you like being harassed this is the place for you. The ad they have online says they treat you like family, well if this is the way family treats you I wouldn't want to be in their family. I would rather go somewhere else and pay a little more money and be left alone to go about my own business! The hours are limited so if you're not out of there by 10:00 be prepared to stay the night. I do have a light in my storage unit but was told that it cannot be fixed so deal with it. I was also told not to sell my Facebook items from the storage unit and don't bring anyone with me to the storage unit. I was also told that all the cigarettes that were thrown out around my storage unit were mine and that I am not cleaning them up mind you my storage unit is in front of the gate the front gate so it's not possible that other people through them out yet I'm being blamed for it! When I explained that they were not mine I was told that I was a liar! I was told that messages were left for me telling me not to do this and that when in fact no messages were ever left for me on my phone! When I relayed that I never received any messages and asked to see the messages that were sent I was told it didn't matter and never shown any messages. If you like to have to argue and put up with a bunch of nonsense this is the place for you Peyton Place storage it is definitely living up to its name!!!
