I came in for help with a rescued cat yesterday and the cat expert was super helpful and gave me some great advice! I wish I remembered his name but I was so overwhelmed getting everything for my cat together. Anyways, I’ll definitely be back. Great selection of products too.

Probably the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had. Dropped my dog off for a last minute groom a few weeks ago and my dog has genuinely never looked worse then claimed she was being aggressive which is very weird as my dog is very welcoming. Her cut is very jagged and she looks nothing like she usually does. They called me to come get her early because they said they had to keep bathing her because she kept using the bathroom in herself. Why would a dog do that especially when they have never exhibited behavior like that at any other groomer, doggy day care, or play date. The first two pictures are three weeks after her groom. The rest are from the day off the appointment.

Got the newest member of the family from Dallas Animal Service and went to get Tyson supplies. The staff there was wonderful and even tried to find me discounts for him. I would highly recommend

Always get what I need for my pets here, and because this location doesn't sell animals, getting help from their workers is pretty much instant

oh wow Emma is helping us so much with our puppy training. Well, we understand she is training US as much as she is the puppy. She is patient and fun and we all cannot wait for our next class.

I love this store! Every time I go here the employees make my day! They are the friendliest, nicest, most helpful people on the planet. And Emma is an Amazing dog trainer. These people are wonderful. Please keep all these employees at this location. I love it!
