I actually like this Petco. It gives a small hometown feel. I do believe the prices are a tad bit higher but again the service and environment is worth paying for.

CJ helped me by juggling the items in the pickup area that started to fall when he grabbed my order. I’m so glad I came inside to see this and then call him a “magician”; to which he replied, “Actually, Actually.” Yes! He is a magician, y’all! Then, he helped me size my dogs paws for boots. We’re from Tacoma, WA where it’s 72° as opposed to 97° here (8/22/24). Needless to say, the ground is way hotter in Dallas.
Then, Arturo helped me find some alternatives to “Milkbones” because my 13 yo, luv of my life Shooter, has skin irritancy issues. I didn’t get Shooty’s nails trimmed but he gave me some pointers too.
I called the next day to ask the manager what happens when employees get recognized, and Skylar, helpful as can be (and great phone voice to boot (; …) and they may get a lunch (hint, hint).

Amber did an awesome job grooming and styling our shy labradoodle pup! This was our first time here, He’s had a few bad grooms/cuts at other places and I was nervous to bring him to a new place and stylist, but she was great and listened to what I asked for. My dog looks so good and happy! I recommend Amber and the grooming place here!

Small store but fantastic selection. They carry items that you won't find in the larger locations in the area. They also have great customer service. If you need help, someone is right there to answer your questions.

I love coming here I said with a half smile because I also hate coming here when I come here it's for one thing and that's to refill my kitty litter bins they are 30 pounds each with a plastic handle that's cracking and u can't replace the bins and the employees don't help u load them or carry them to the counter they just watch u struggle there's a security guard outside sitting in a chair could he help a girl out would he lose his balance from forgetting how to walk cause his butt was planted in the chair all day at grocery stores they have bag boys and cart boys could they at least pretend to care

Very nice staff that helped me decide on what was best for my cat's urinary tract condition. Clean store and they helped me carry my items to my car. Great experience!
