Nice establishment. Honestly very dissatisfied. Maybe it’s a busy day but no one really seemed Interested in helping. Flower selection was really low and the quality as well. Pretty expensive for the amount of flowers I actually got, it was mainly filler Flowers. I would maybe suggest having more selection for walk-ins. Again maybe it’s the busy season but I just didn’t feel that flower shop vibe nor anyone who seemed interested in my visit. Probably won’t be visiting again, Thank you for the help !

Made a special floral order. Changed some things with my special order. Added some of my own vases to use with my special order. Then decicded to include some flowers for my hair! Added another item to my special order for our officiant. Can't WAIT now for my special day!

If I didn’t like Petals & Stems before, I CERTAINLY WOULD NOW! Thank you for your extraordinary service to ME in seeing that my flowers got where I wanted them to go! When I saw your totally unexpected e-mail on a Sunday(!) answering my concerned call late Saturday, I was surprised. When I got the successive 5 e-mails & messages, I was astounded – one being at 6AM Sunday morning!!! My already positive attitude about Petals & Stems has been boosted 500%!
AND the European Garden exceeded my expectations. My friend felts the love with which it was created & sent & (especially) assured that she received. Thank you for being in the world!

I have used Petals & Stems for well over a decade for company and personal orders. Brad and his team always do an amazing job. Their arrangements are always beautiful & their communication is fantastic. I have had some unique requests over the years & they have always been able to accommodate these special situations.

Great experience and great customer service. I placed an order and on the day of delivery I was called and told the type of flowers I ordered had some blemishes when the florist received them that morning. They didn't want to deliver flowers that didn't look perfect, so they offered to put together a really nice arrangement with no change in price. Highly recommend Petals & Stems!
