“I have visited this location for years. Smart manager, Jacob, knows alot about animals and helped me find an old account that I was unsure about. They keep the treats recommended by my dog trainer in stock, and during the covid closures the woman who delivered to the Canine Crew would leave my dog a tennis ball and a personalized note on the bag. Great place to find good quality dog food.”

“I LOVE the convenience Bruno's offers! Everything you need to be your fur baby's personal groomer is there! Lots of different shampoos, tools to help bathe, scrub, rinse, dry, groom...I could go on and on. Best of all, SUPER AFFORDABLE! The owner is very sweet and helpful, always ready to offer tips if needed. It gets busy, so luckily there are snacks for the doggies and a cute patio area for you to wait. Be sure to get a punch card to earn that free visit. I highly recommend Bruno's! ?”

“Doesn't have as much as the one I normally go to in Waxahachie but the employees are always kind and helpful and the manager that's normally there is always so sweet and has helpful in answering my questions. She helped me come up with some ideas for a couple issues I have with my cat's litter box situation. I can't remember her name now but I believe she is either the general manager or assistant manager because she's always there.”

“Customer service is usually good. Prices are reasonable, and I won't shop at rude Tom Thumb. I've had to many gateway issues trying to log on to Pet Supplies Plus website. Today, corporations have sacrificed their ability to communicate with the customer leaving many people with negative and inclusive emotions. The corporation today wants everything placed neatly inside a box. In my opinion, they do not want to answer questions and they only expect nice feedback for corporate mediocrity and bad customer service. Pet Supplies Plus is on a respectable path, while others are headed down into the crapper! I do get confused sometimes?”

“The Customer Service is STELLAR at this Mockingbird Ln location. Earlier this week, Monday 06/03, we stopped at this location for the first time since we happen to be in the area. There is a goat milk product called Tailspring Milk Replacer for Kittens that Pet Supplies Plus carries that sells out fast. This product is heavily used in a household that fosters cats and kittens (lots of kittens are raised here!). This particular product is LOVED but the kittens. I spoke with the cashier about the issue and he was very welcoming and more than happy to get the right person to talk to me. The manager came up and we discussed options for this hard to get product. She even went the extra step and phoned another location to see if they had it on hand for us that day. That location pulled it from the shelf and held it until we could get there and buy it. The two associates I encountered at this Mockingbird Ln location were very caring about my needs and that is so very much appreciated!!!”
