They keep the treats recommended by my dog trainer in stock, and during the covid closures the woman who delivered to the Canine Crew would leave my dog a tennis ball and a personalized note on the bag. Great place to find good quality dog food.

The corporation today wants everything placed neatly inside a box. In my opinion, they do not want to answer questions and they only expect nice feedback for corporate mediocrity and bad customer service. Pet Supplies Plus is on a respectable path, while others are headed down into the crapper! I do get confused sometimes?

This is my puppy’s home away from home. The staff treats her like family and she absolutely loves it here. She looks forward to seeing the employees and dogs everyday. Each of the doctors is personable and straightforward with your pets health options, they care about me and more importantly care deeply about my dogs. I’m especially grateful to the care Dr. Charles has provided over the past three decades. The staff is friendly, enjoy their work, and very helpful. While you can take your pet to a newer veterinarian office or fancy boarding facility, it’s the people and quality of care that really matters. Casa Linda Animal Clinic continues to exceed my expectations each and every visit.
Side note: Casa Linda Animal Clinic also cares for the City of Dallas Police Dogs. This fact proves they are one of the best in the city for pet care.

12835 Preston Rd # 405, DallasWe got to celebrate another year of life with our little one after she had her an emergency surgery preformed by Dr. Stepanek to extract an almond from her small intestine and massage another one down to her colon. After surgery, our little one was hospitalized for a total of ~72 hours. We would take her to DAUC for day hospitalization and then take her to MedVet for overnight hospitalization. DAUC would communicate directly with MedVet every day to pass on her vitals and notes and follow up mornings to get needed info from her overnight stays. DAUC was so extremely patient and kind! Every time we'd go or call, we were always treated with exceptional customer service. Yes, their wait times can be long at times but it's because they're the absolute best & worth the wait! Can't thank everyone enough at the Dallas Animal Urgent Care! Will forever thank Dr. Stepanek for the phenomal work (scar has healed up beautifully & our little girl is so healthy), Dr. Green for being so patient during difficult times that required difficult decisions (thank so much for your guidance and expertise) And to every tech & staff member that looked out for little Gucci! I booked with ReadiVet and they were able to come out, check on him, and take a blood sample. 326 Rock Island St, DallasI’m in tears. This is absolutely unacceptable. I recently booked my dog for a 2 week stay while I was away for a work trip. I pre-packaged all of his food into little baggies and told the staff at the front desk when I dropped him off that he needed one baggie for breakfast and one for dinner. This was different than what I had filled out on his online profile when I originally registered him. I explained that he was on a preventative antibiotic prescribed by his vet that I had split up and placed in his food, and this is why he needed to be fed twice a day instead of once. I was assured that this was no problem at all and that his feeding schedule would be updated. When I came to pick him up today, I was handed back HALF of the food I had packed for his stay (see photo). He clearly had only been fed a half-portion of his food for his entire stay, meaning he missed half of his antibiotic regimen as well. My dog also appeared like he had lost a NOTICEABLE amount of weight — I’m talking 1-2 pounds of weight-loss for a 30 pound dog over a 2 week period.
Prior to this stay, I was already having issues with none of the staff knowing how to operate their office management computer system. I booked 3 prior stays with them and the bill was never ready when I came to pick my dog up. I would have to call 3, 4, even 5 times to pay my outstanding balance because none of the staff knew how to generate an invoice in the computer system. Once when I called, they didn’t even have record that my dog had stayed with them that week. It’s very stressful as a client to have an outstanding bill and have to call over and over repeatedly trying to take care of your balance.
This business is not being managed well, and the consequence of that is that my poor dog was underfed and missed his antibiotics for 2 weeks. I hope management sees this and is inspired by this negative review to make some serious changes before something more serious happens.
Update: I appreciated the owner’s response and the fact that she made it right by crediting my account for my stay so I am updating my review. Things happen and ultimately my dog is okay. I appreciate the accountability!

We brought our new rescue Wally here for a 2 hour daycare trial, a full daycare day and now I’ve just dropped him off for boarding. The staff here is always kind and informative (they let me email them as much as I want without me feeling like a bother lol). When we entered the door today, the person behind the desk quickly greeted my dog by his name (and I heard another staff member say his name too once he walked in!). Even better, he calmly walked over towards us, got down to my dog’s eye level and calmly brought him to the play area. Our dog is shy with people, but I am so thankful I didn’t need to explain that (even tho Wally isn’t a regular here!!). I wanted to wait to leave a review until after boarding, but I just had to give a shout out to the person behind the desk working this afternoon. We had a negative experience with our last boarding facility, but I am so confident our dog is in good hands! Consider boarding/daycare for your dog here if you love your dog and want them to be surrounded by people who are skilled AND love dogs!☺️

With our 85 pound German Shepherd we had attended other reactive dog training courses, but made little headway. I learned some tricks, but we still could not get within 75 yards of another dog without our dog reacting. After working with Breyers we can now pass other dogs with ease along the Katy trail, her meet and greet manners are impeccable, and she keeps HERSELF in control if we come around a corner and unexpectedly end up nose to nose with another dog. The difference is amazing. It is now a joy to walk our dog around other dogs and I cannot tell you the awed smiles we see when we do a side-step and there is our dog mimicking our very step without taking her eyes off of us. Three cheers for Breyers' Canine Academy!!!

He was so helpful in our initial meeting and up to the day of our event. Don made the process of renting smooth and straight forward. I really like how Don responded quickly to my questions. He also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We held our son's rehearsal dinner here. There was plenty of space inside and outside. The yummy cocktails made with fresh botanicals were a guest hit. I would definitely use the venue again. I would rate this place a 100 out of 10!

Dachshund Central
5214 Stoneleigh Ave, DallasOn Friday, July 12, 2019, I lost my first dachshund, Gracie. She was my whole world and I was completely shattered. With a dachshund-shaped hole in my heart, I searched online and found Dachshund Central. I met Tim the following Tuesday, and Emmy Grace was born exactly one week after losing Gracie. Tim was so very kind and let me visit Emmy often, which helped with my grieving so much. Emmy has become my entire world, but I feel like she needed a sister... I was introduced to another breeder but there is no one like Tim or Dachshund Central. Emmy's new sister, Maggie, will join our pack in a few weeks and we are so excited. That I get to spend more time with Tim and his wonderful babies is a complete bonus!
Thank you, Tim, so very much for your love of this wonderful breed, your wonderful heart, and for letting me fall completely in love with your sweet puppy crew!

A lot of the people who go there do not seem to understand dogs! They’re playing. Relax. A lot of these folks helicopter parent their pups and it’s ridiculous. Don’t bring your dog to the dog park if you haven’t the slightest idea of animal interactions. ?

My family and I love her so much❤️ Please consider adopting or fostering a pet from DAS, they are so full of dogs than cats.. They have so many to take care of and if you could help take at least one off their hands then that would be great.
