Erik is sooooooooooo helpful! I'm a lady so of course I'm always very leary of being ripped off, but Erik was honest and upfront with pricing & and made sure to walk me through everything! Super chill guy! Would definitely recommend!!

Erick and his team got us in with rapid speed! OilChange, checked filter, tire pressure, etc. all under 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and will be coming back.

The guy working was extremely rude to me and had attitude from the start. And I waited and waited when nobody was even here... i felt I wasn't even welcomed as a customer... there was a younger man there who did the oil change for me that was super respectful and nice only reason it's getting 3 stars.

This place deserves ZERO stars. I showed up about an hour before closing and there were a few cars ahead of me. By the time they reached my car they would be closing in 10 mins. Instead of asking me to come back another day (which would have been totally fine with me) the guy was like "your car doesn't need an oil change, you're fine." Like, what? I'm here because I need an oil change? My maintenance light is on? Then another guy came and tried to convince me that my oil was fine and even asked to reset my maintenance light. I got my oil change somewhere else where the person agreed with me that I was overdue for an oil change.

I don't even know where to start besides the service was the best for sure! From making sure my tires have air to my windshield wipers fluid was good to go! Service was so fast Brian was for sure pleasant! The other employee was super fast and great! For sure coming here again my new spot where I don't have to get Down with my kids to get my oil change. Thank you!

When the moment Mr. Miguel Lopez opened the door for me and asked if there was anything he could help me, I got the feeling we may find our target car here. If you come to this place, talking to him in person you would know why I said so. He is a very caring, detailed person, extremely patient with any needs or question you may have. Believe me, as an Asian couple traveling with a 16month old out-of-controlled toddler, we could make this transaction process as complicated as possible. We rent a car and drove all the way from the other city to Dallas, visited three dealers in town, and here is the third one, and Lucky us, we met the best sales representative we have ever meet, especially after a long time traveling, and negotiations with different people, we was very tired. Miguel seemed to noticed our status, and he exactly understood our criteria of the target car. He tried his best to make this process simpler and easier for us, and facilitated a good deal for us in the end. When we come to pick up the car, he even personally showed us how to use most of technical features and assisted me to setting the system in the car. He spent whole morning with us after transaction, even helped us return the rental car. I can't tell how much we appreciated with his help. He made our trip in Dallas more enjoyable! Went to the dealership for the first time, I was buying a 2008 used vehicle. Financing already secured with our Credit union. We were approximately 2500dollars difference and management would not budge. I offered to meet in the middle and come up 1250, they still refused. I was very disappointed with their ability to deal over basically 1250. The Finance mgr came out to explain that they used NADA I showed him the paper work from my credit union (navy federal) listed NADA pricing etc... then he prints something off and the numbers were off $2500.00 no sure where these numbers were pulled Then he states that they can finance the car for us - he can offer $200.00 off because their finance company will finance 120% - this does not even make sense. It was explained multiple times this is a no haggle dealership - This car was a want not a need - Dale Sikorsky

Would give them a zero star but that's not an option. Buyer beware on this company. I had secured financing, offered a significant down payment and was flying in the next day before they sold the vehicle out from underneath me. Beware specifically of Stephen. He is like all the other used car salesman.

I purchased my A7 last month. Let first start by saying the vehicle sells its self! Oh my gosh! The safety features and the aesthetics are phenomenal. Where I have issue is with our sales tech, Daisy Fortkort. She is very nice and personable, HOWEVER, the information she tells you needs to be fact checked. We were told that a button on the steering wheel was the heated steering button, it was not! And to make matters worse the vehicle doesn't have the feature. That was a want of mine and we clearly asked and were told that it had it and even stated how we can turn the feature on. Daisy Also stated that a technologist would be able to go over the features more in depth and would be calling us within the first two weeks of purchase to answer any questions we may have once we are in the car. I thought wow, that's great customer service and better than we had in the past, but we never received a call. I emailed Daisy and she said I could call the two technologists. I called, and both were unavailable. So I call Audi Grapevine to see if I could talk to their technologist and he was able to assist us quickly. Matt at Audi Grapevine was able to do a few things that he said should have been done before we drove off the lot like confirm and activate the complimentary traffic and maps package. He activated our subscription and answered our questions. He did show us that we do not have heated steering and showed us where it would be. In short, if you choose to go to Audi Dallas...be careful. I wish I checked the reviews first. As I said before the vehicle sells itself. You will love the vehicle but for the premium vehicle purchased, it should be matched with premium service. We received the service we desire at Audi Grapevine.

I'll start this review by saying my horrible experience occurred after my 3rd new car purchase from this dealership. I'll avoid using names to protect the guilty. I'll also say that, after they treated me rudely, I reacted pretty badly myself. I'm not proud of the things I said but it certainly takes 2 and they started it:). I'll also say that, despite a severe lack of loaner cars and long lead time to a service appointment, the service staff is outstanding. Having said that, I will never buy another car from them again, nor would they likely accept my money anyway. After my third time trying to get the correct plates transferred to my new car, a sales manager basically told me to stop being an a-hole and just trust that they'd fix it. After some "friendly" banter, I was chased from the dealership by 3 guys, told to "get in my little car and f off." Also, "I should never come back and use their service." While I often pride myself on taking the high road, I threw as many f bombs as I was given- again, not proud. It's a shame as I love Audi and would like to support a family owned dealership. For what I said, I'm sorry but I also felt it was important to post my experience and suggest anger management to those I dealt with.

There are a lot of places to clean your car in Dallas, but I really haven't seen many self-service car washes. This is one! They accept credit cards too, so no need to try to find cash and then quarters. I think places like this are great for a quick vacuum and rinse, especially in climates with snow where your care will get dirty again in a few days. This isn't the best place to go in Dallas if you want your car looking sparkly beautiful. I washed mine today and it is just ok.
