Excellent curation. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's an inviting place and wonderful to have a local gallery in Dallas that specializes in photography.

One of the photography galleries in the U.S. The owners Burt & Misst put together excellent and eclectic shows. Although we now live in Washington, D.C.,when we visit Dallas we always stop by to view and purchase great pieces of art.

I first came here for a school assignment. They had an exhibit of the underground railroad. Photographs were taken at night. The art brought tears to my eyes. The next month, they celebrated Frida Kahlo de Rivera. Their exhibits are diverse and deeply thought provoking.

Exhibition was well curated and the gallery assistant very nice and knowledgeable about the works. Beautiful space with open lighting, and the kitchen/dinner table set up lends it a sense of intimacy. Great location across from the Contemporary, too!

Dallas has one of the largest art districts that I know of in the U.S. That being said, there's so many pockets of galleries in the city. A must for photographers is the PDNB Gallery. Known for showcasing work of established photographers, this small space is a great place for rainy days and Mondays. You have to ring the doorbell in order to get in but after that you're on your own checking out tons of work. The gallery rotates work every six months or so be sure to get on the mailing list for more details. And the gallery is free!

I visited the gallery to see the "New York" photography exhibition. I had seen John Albok's work at the Amon Carter and was interested in seeing more works like those. I was delighted that the photographs at PDNB include some of Albok's work. The people at the gallery are knowledgeable and friendly. Viewing the exhibition is free and while the works on display can be purchased, there was zero sales pressure. Great experience.
