My car was broken into along with countless others. Both gates were opened over the weekend so the thieves had easy access. They don’t provide security or work to protect tenants by keeping the gates closed. There is a big homeless population in the area and to top it off very limited parking spaces available. The paid garage parking is $150 per month which is too expensive especially when compared to prices of other apartments in the area as well as the average monthly rent of about $1950 for a two bedroom apartment that needs a serious renovation so way overpriced. Not a good place to live because they’ll just make excuses and empty promises about how they plan to do better.

The pools are always very dirty to the point that I take my kids to the public pool at Lake Highland park across the street from Lake Highland HS. The park is accessible by non residents including but not limited to homeless people. People block assigned parking spaces without being towed. Not a good place to live because they’ll just make excuses and empty promises about how they plan to do better. I don’t believe that this is a good place to live because of all of the issues and the lack of concern from the property management

Have lived here for about 3 months and regret choosing this apartment. Front office makes it seem WAY nicer and safer than it really is. 20+ cars were broken into (including mine) and management does nothing but send out an email encouraging people to be aware of their surroundings and don’t leave valuables in their cars… No apology or ownership taken of the situation and nothing done to remedy the constantly broken gate, lack of cameras, and lack of lighting in the parking lot. Also woke up to fire ants IN MY BED the other night, and front offices answer was “sorry, pest control just came on Monday”. Promised to send maintenance over to find out where they were coming from and of course, no one ever showed. RUN.

Because of the lack of security, there are homeless people and random people always walking around all times of the night. They hide out in the gym, and use the restrooms. The gates that are key fob operated, are always broken or propped open. Tenants who live on the 1st floor are getting their apartments broken into and patio furniture stolen. This week, our cars were broken into. We have brought this to the manager’s attention several times, and nothing has been done about it. For the price we pay to live here, I would not recommend!!!

Wish I could rate it zero stars. The price is incredibly high for zero reason. Apartments do not come with a washer or dryer nor do they offer laundry on site. Luxury apartment with white paint over every minor detail. My kitchen cabinet broke off a month in, my restroom cabinet broke within a month. It’s like they just tape any issue from the last tenant and call it a day. They will send you notices to vacate if you don’t pay rent on the 1st. Leasing manager Tanisha is incredibly rude and acts as if you owe her the rent personally. Packages are stolen and the cameras installed are pointless because they don’t care about their residents. I have had my car broken into twice since I moved here. Leaving here as soon as my lease expires.

Dates I lived here:7/21/2020 - 7/28/2023Major ROACH AND WATERBUG INFESTATION. You see them all over the property at night and then you find them in your unit. I have a crippling fear of them so I could never kill one on my own and you can imagine how traumatic that has been. I lived there for 3 years, only because my credit had gotten bad since I first signed and I wouldn’t qualify anywhere else but I literally had a roach/water bug encounter 2-3 times a month for 3 years and all the PEST CONTROL does is put down traps that only worked under my washer LOL (when I moved out there were TWO huge water bugs stuck to the traps).NO SECURITYHomeless and everyday civilians walk the sidewalks surrounding the property with Percy view of your unit and with free access as the entry gate is ALWAYS BROKEN NO JOKE. I can count on 1 hand in 3 years how many times the gate has work for longer than 1 day.I’ve seen people wake up to their cars ransacked and the office says they don’t have security cameras so there’s no way to investigate. I had to put a ring camera on my front and back patio because of this.NO WASHER AND DRYER in the units (rip-off considering the price)Maintenance is 10/10.Amenities suck on Pebble View side can’t speak for vantage point but it’s clear they cater a bit more to Vantage Point.Pool is never cleaned, gym has like 3 pieces of working equipment.THE PACKAGE ROOM IS BELOW POORLY MANAGED. They have packages sat out on the table in the room WITH LOCKERS instead of putting the packages in lockers with a glass door for homeless, other residents, etc. to see and STEAL. So many packages get stolen if you told me the office was in on it, I wouldn’t even gasp.MONEY VULTURES - STAFF HAS TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLSOn the day I moved out, I called the office (which I reached someone after 10 calls) to ask if there was anything I needed from them as I hadn’t heard any confirmation from the TWO NOTICES I gave them & she stated “Oh I didn’t know you were moving out today” and “make sure it’s clean and drop the keys off”. I had given a 60-day notice to BETHANY who never responded to my email (I guess she ignored me hoping I’d need to resign LOL) then I gave another notice to confirm with another individual (she was newly hired). They sit in the office all day trying to look pretty to seduce potential tenants into leasing a unit from this ridiculously overpriced complex and never. answer. the phone for the EXISTING TENANTS.I got my deposit back though. And I wouldn’t move back here if they paid me too.

I wish I could break my lease now. I moved in here about a month ago from Ohio. When I first came to visit the apartment complex, I met the leasing agent Aina Cruz, and she was proposing me the different types of apartments. However, she did not clearly mention that the apartment I’m renting does not have washer and dryer, so I assume it already does with the high price they renting it for and I did not notice until I sign the lease. She was very unprofessional when I contacted her back about that. Before I moved in, she told me everything was upgraded in the apartment, but actually I found a lot of work that needed to be done I move in, such as sink problems, closets and stains on the floor. Not only I did not find the apartment as reasonable as I wanted, but two weeks after my car got broken into and I was told that the security in this apartment complex is good with the gated community but I realize that was just lies.Just today I receive my first electricity bill with ambit energy, a bad electrical company they work with, for about $277 for just 23 days of consumption, which does not make any sense for one person and I’m not using that much energy. This is completely horrible and disappointing. Not only this apartment is not worth of the rent price but also the electrical company does not provide fair bills. Please don’t even try to come visit this apartment complex because you will get disappointed. Dont ever consider living here, not worth the price and the management is very unprofessional. I wish I could leave now.Thanks!

Currently looking for a new place in Dallas, this was already at the top of my list.Price and Location are great! The (1) bedroom unit was extremely large based on other property’s in the area.The biggest “Thumbs Up” for me was Arsany the amazing agent who gave me a tour. Very knowledgeable and honest, hands down I would sign a lease just because of him!

Staff in office are very helpful and seem to try their best to fulfill everyone’s questions and needs, first time here had a great experience, ask for Trish, she offers the best help and is always attentive

I will say I am very pleased with the office here. They are very understanding as far as rent goes and they are always willing to work with you. There is a river that runs through the middle of the property that is beautiful to walk through and has so many cute ducks and wildlife! The apartments are nice! I heard they raised the rent on my unit and in my opinion it would not be worth it just because of the size (1 bd, 1ba, 754 sq ft). Any problem I have had here, has had nothing to do with the staff. From day one they have been nothing but willing to help. I will say, the deposit policy is quite ridiculous. My deposit was almost 3,000 just to move in and I didn’t realize that was unheard of until I started searching for apartments to move recently. The area is not very convenient, but like I said, most issues here have not been with the staff or the property itself. During the power outages we went almost 72 hours with no heat in the winter and had to stay elsewhere. Once again, not the apartments fault. When I moved in, there was stuff wrong with the unit, but nothing huge! I didn’t take pictures but I noted everything that was wrong with the unit so hopefully they don’t try to charge me for that (I’ll do my best to update. All in all it has been a great year here and I’m worried about leaving this staff because of how big of a help they have been!

Don't even waste your time visiting any of their properties. They will LIE to you and tell you they have specials and you will get one month free and not give it to you. My boyfriends hours at work were cut in half due to COVID and after showing them proof of that, they increased our rent by $78. Don't get me wrong, the actual apartment isn't bad but it's not worth the increase. Our apartment wasn't even finished when we moved in and they didn't bother finishing it after we moved in. They are not willing to work with residents due to COVID and that tells you a lot about a company. We cannot afford to move so we will stay but will not stay another year or recommend anyone.
