I recently purchased a vehicle from Park Place Volvo in Dallas, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and completely hassle-free--a true rarity in car buying.
Our salesman, Anthony Cervantes was outstanding. He was highly attentive, demonstrating genuine knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in the 2025 Volvo XC90. What truly set him apart was his communication; he kept us informed at every single stage of the buying process, ensuring there were zero surprises- including test driving the vehicle for several days and make sure the vehicle fits in our garage.
The transaction itself was efficient, but the biggest highlight was the seamless delivery of the new vehicle directly to my workplace. This level of flexibility meant I didn't have to take time off or adjust my demanding work schedule, which was a huge convenience and a testament to Park Place Volvo commitment to customer service.

Experienced a wonderful and no pressure sales experience with Diana and Aaron at Park Place Volvo. Very nice staff! The service dept is completely separate from the dealership. Be sure that you enter the right address if going for service. The dealership is getting a total renovation as of Sept 2025 and the service building is in dire need of one. They told me they they expect to renovate within the next year. I enjoy the service at Park Place compared to others in the area and I’m optimistic that the renovations will put them on par or ahead of the competition.

A bit too much back and forth during the buying process including leaving me to figure out every detail. Also I hate they no longer do complementary washes. Why am I paying for luxury but not always getting it these days.

Update:
Scott from the dealership called me the day after this was originally posted. We talked for awhile and he shared with me his notes that he had about fixing the suspension. To make things right, Scott asked me to send in all receipts from the parts and any work that I had done on the new van we got. I am updating this to say that Scott was true to his word and they paid for all everything we had to pay for to fix the van. While the initial issues were not ideal, Park Place Volvo did what they needed to do to make it right. I appreciate them doing that and making our experience better.

Went to Park Place Volvo on 8/20 and walked away with a 2017 Toyota Sienna. Everything was well during the test drive, and our salesman, Joe, was very helpful. When it came down to price, however, Joe pulled up a price that was almost $3,000 more than the price we saw online that brought us in. After a little discussion, Joe informed us that his manager had just increased the price due to them having to put $4,500 into new struts and suspension for it. However, since we walked in with the old price, they would honor it for us, which they did.
Our problem comes a week later, where the new used car is being taken into the shop to have the struts replaced because on every turn there is a loud creaking noise coming from them and they are bad. What was going to be a 5 star review became a 1 star review due to the fact that we were lied to about what was fixed and repaired on the car, and now a week later, we have our new used car in the shop for repairs that are costing us another $4,500 like they said they fixed before we bought the car.
I would highly recommend you either have a mechanic check the vehicle prior to purchase (I was unable to do this as I drove in from East Texas for this vehicle) or avoid this dealership all together if they are going to sell used vehicles that end up in the shop to repair the items they said were just replaced when you buy the car.
Very untrustworthy sales tactics and costing my family more hardship that anything else.
