Park Place Bodywerks had my car for nearly a month, and my advisor, Jim Smith, consistently kept me informed. Any delays were solely due to my insurance company. Jim genuinely seemed to advocate on my behalf.
When I picked up my car, I was astonished by the quality of the work—it looked brand new.
While I hope to avoid future incidents, I'll definitely return to Bodywerks if needed.
Kudos to Jim and his team for providing such an excellent experience. Exceptional customer service is a rare find these days.

Needed to get an estimate for Lexus IS. Customer service is subpar. Secretary up front claimed that an estimator could give me an estimate. Asked me to fill out a form as a "time waister" (verbatim from estimator) until the estimator came.
She assigned me Vinh Phan. Vinh quickly walked me outside with no care in the world to look at the damage. Had to walk him to the damages and wouldnt give me a estimate. But told me to leave it there because "it is illegal to drive in those conditions ". First time I hear this. All lights, air bagsetc still in tact.

It took 5 months to fix my Electric vehicle Lucid for Hail damage, I don’t know the reasons for the delay, parts delay from the manufacturer vs other reasons.
The car looks okay but now I have so much wind noise. Lucid is good insulation wise, generally quite even on highways but after fixing my car I am having so much wind noise even in city roads.
I should have it fixed with the Lucid itself rather fixing it with third party authirized body works (may need experience because of the brand new company)

I cannot say enough good things about Park Place Body Werks and their exceptional team. I had my Lexus GX repaired here, and it looks absolutely stunning! A huge thank you to Michael Daghenhart for his incredible patience and support throughout the entire process. Allstate didn’t make things easy, but Michael went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and kept me informed at every step.
I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Brandon Gillespy, the body shop manager, for his leadership and support in facilitating such a seamless experience. His willingness to empower Michael to go above and beyond truly helped make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
A special shout-out to Jose, who did the actual work on my vehicle—his craftsmanship is truly top-notch, and the results are amazing! My Lexus looks as good as new.

Sales representative just told me that they overinflated their hours when they thought the insurance was paying. Now, I am paying and they refused to reduce the invoice to the hours ACTUALLY WORKED! Overcharged for the tint! Overcharged for the mechanical work! Lied about numbers until I received the invoice. Can't be trusted!

My wife was visiting Fort Worth and was struck by another driver in her Aston DBX. What we thought was a minor repair at first blush was Anything but that. I had the DBX towed to Park Place Bodywerks at the recommendation of Dallas Aston. I am happy we did. My wife worked with Adam throughout our subsequent 6 month repair. He was an absolute gem. Calm, patient, diligent and dedicated to excellence. He kept my wife updated 2x per week, explaining until she understood and went the extra mile throughout the entire process. Ron Fazio was extremely knowledgeable & easy to work with! It’s hard to find a trustworthy & reliable car body shop! Ron kept me informed throughout the work process weekly! Park place bodywork is the place to come after any car accident! They made my beautiful Luxes look as brand new !

Let’s face it….. nobody wants to visit the body shop….. Jeff White made this entire process easy, no stress and provided exceptional communication every step of the way. Don’t settle for the rest of the non OEM places. And don’t let your insurance company tell you where to have your car repaired!!!!! MY car MY choice!
