do not send your watch to be repaired at this outfit in dallas. they seviced my watch twice 3 months apart ..unreal!! charged me a total of 2500.00 for the same prolem.. on top of that after you pay the bill..they reserve the right to ship your watch back to you within 60 days i ( are the using the pony xpress. !!!)t is a watch kidnapping organization!!

Terrible experience in this store at Dallas- texas , I came inquiring if the do watch authentication and we were not welcome at this store . I have been in several Panerai stores around the world and this never happened to me before .. also how panerai does not have authentication service in this store and every other store do have this service ?..employees here were looking me from head to toe .. this is extremely xenofobic attitude

Had a great experience at Panerai Dallas, and feel fortunate Haydy was my sales associate. She was ready with everything I was looking for when I came in, and I could see the authenticity / integrity in her. Means a lot to trust a sales associate when making a purchase of this size. 9/2/22 was a rush day for me ! after stop and get a chanel purse for my wife i walk in to panerai store whit only 15 minutes available. Ron help me to decide in 5 minutes my time piece on range of $7K great guy, great store and great time pieces.

Excellent service! Everybody was so polite, nice and very attentive. They will help you as much as they can, really great team and also great inventory. The store was very aware of the safety and helthy procedures of Covid-19. Mr. Ron was a great help!

I went to this store on 12/29/21. The minute I tried to enter the store, the guy at the security jumped in front of my face asking me where was my face mask. The way he jumped and came face to face with me was extremely confrontational and provocative. I have never experienced this kind of behavior during the whole Covid thing. I explained to him that his approach was very unpleasant and turned around and headed back out, to which he said in a taunting manner ‘Have a nice day’I wanted to purchase a strap for my Panerai. Oh well, some other location I guess.

Horrendous customer service. While I am lucky to be able to purchase an expensive watch; it is quite annoying when said watch stops working within a year and they do not honor their reported warranty. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. It's been greater than 3 months since being sent for repair and it is still not back despite a 2-3 week quote on the reported turn around time. I have called many times inquire about status with no answer, call back, or email; i was only sent a survey on my service experience but that's it. After dropping off a watch on 8/20 i still didn't have the watch in my possession for Christmas photos on 11/22. Go to another company that communicates better and honors it's warranties.
