Well, probably my best experience trying to purchase a car. Porche was very professional and she made sure that she answer any and all questions. I selected my vehicle from the internet and Porche call me immediately. I few in from Memphis and she met me at the Airport. Definitely a saleswoman that I would and will recommend to my family and Friends. I'm happy with my new BMW750i. Thanks Porche

Otto Source is a great dealership with hundreds of new and pre owned luxury vehicles. Even when I came in to browse, the saleswoman Porche was incredibly patient and extremely knowledgeable of all the cars in stock and their specs and features. She definitely gave me complete confidence in buying there, and explained the process so smoothly that I was able to call and referred a few friends as well! If you want a streamlined car buying experience, ask for Porche and look no further than Otto Source!

Sadly, the food was good but the waiter treated us like we were bothering him. We were never checked on. Food thrown down without a care. They were out of some main ingredients and didn’t tell us up front. Very sad for the price and we had also made reservations. Won’t be back.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Absolutely horrifying experience, they love to play the bait and switch game here, caught them in lies multiple times, and once I arrived they had “sold the car” and didn’t even let me see the other vehicles, just wasted my time

I recently purchased a car from OttoSource and it was a great buying experience. My salesperson, Porche, was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable and she spent her entire day making sure I was taken care of. Everyone I met with throughout the process was great to deal with. I highly recommend buying a car from here. They have a great selection of vehicles at competitive prices.

I had a great experience with OttoSource! I live in Omaha so I was looking online for a Maserati GrandTurismo and they had what I was looking for at a great price! So I checked the availability of the car through CarGurus, and Maarja contacted me almost immediately. After speaking to her on the phone, she gave me her cell number to further accommodate easier communication. She was extremely responsive to all my questions over the next several days, and she personally made and sent me videos of the vehicle. She also assisted me in coordinating a pre-Purchase inspection. Once I got the results, which was essentially perfect, I contacted her and we negotiated the purchase over the phone. I decided to fly down to Dallas from Omaha to complete the purchase and drive her home. Maarja had everything ready to go and even came in on her day off to accommodate my tight schedule. Lastly, I know Maarja wanted me to get a warranty, but after full consideration on my part, I decided against it. And, to my pleasant surprise, I didn’t really get the “hard sell” which I truly appreciated! Overall it was a great buying experience, and the car is freaking awesome!

Trae Chaney made our experience one of the best car buying experiences ever. I love how informative he is about the cars and the whole purchasing process. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Do not recommend buying from here. Got scammed into paying $10,000 more for services that should have been free. Also was made to wait hours for paperwork and had multiple sale people telling me different things. I would definitely advise anyone to fully read and understand what you are getting into before signing anything with this dealership.

My heart breaks for my 18-year-old son, who has faced an unimaginable ordeal after purchasing a car from OttoSource Car Dealership. After saving diligently for months to buy his first car, my son's joy turned to despair when the vehicle's engine seized up less than 24 hours after driving it off the lot.
Despite spending an additional $1,000 on replacing the battery, alternator, and starter, the car still refused to start. It was then that the mechanic discovered the horrifying truth - the engine had been completely devoid of oil. This oversight by OttoSource has robbed my son of the special moment he had been working so hard for, turning it into a nightmare.
My son had poured every penny he had into this purchase, the culmination of his tireless efforts. Now, he faces the heartbreak of losing that investment, along with the independence and freedom the car was meant to provide. As a parent, it pains me to see my kind-hearted, hardworking child so deeply affected by this devastating experience.
I sincerely hope that the decision-makers at OttoSource will have the empathy to make this right. If they could imagine this happening to their own child, I'm sure they would want to ensure a fair and just resolution. My son deserves to have his faith in the car-buying process restored, and I pray that OttoSource will take the necessary steps to make that happen.
Update: Here is an updated review for OttoSource dealership:
When I brought this issue to the attention of the sales manager, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. They refused to properly inspect the car or take any responsibility, and instead tried to pressure me into taking down my negative review in order for them to even look at the vehicle.
It's a good thing I didn't listen to them, as further investigation revealed that the car did not have any oil in it when I received it, which ultimately led to a failed rod bearing. This has left me without a working vehicle and in a really difficult situation.
Thankfully, Hyundai has been much more helpful and willing to work with me to try to resolve this issue, but I'm still waiting to see what the path forward will be. In the meantime, I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a car from OttoSource to reconsider. The complete lack of customer service and willingness to sweep major issues under the rug is unacceptable. Do not buy a car from this dealership - you will likely end up with major problems that they refuse to take responsibility for. DON'T BUY HERE!
