Everyone was very nice but my hair dresser, Jathan, was amazing! I'm a 40 year old man and my hair had grown out quite a bit. I wasn't sure what to do, but after Jathan asked me a few questions he had a plan that he executed perfectly. My cut was perfect, elite, best I've ever had. Wish there were more stars I could give.

Read Jada Buda review and totally agree with her review 8 months ago. I have been a client for over 10 years and the ladies at front desk definitely had the “look”
She handed me glass of water as she was looking at the other girl talking. Disrespect in my eyes. Then I waited forever and not one person communicated with me on update of my stylist. After 18 mins waiting, the nice not white lady told me that my stylist aware of my appt. Just observing all kinds of personalities - they all seem segregated and ornery.
Vanessa still great and loyal to her.. main reason I still come in Dallas.

I really like this location and all the people that work here. I’m so happy with my results! Audrey was my colorist, Noah was my stylist, and Jennifer the manager is wonderful. I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Ali is a great colorist! She is super friendly, pays attention to what you want, works within your budget and provides a great service. I have been working with her for many years and have always had excellent service.
The new Snyder Plaza salon is very comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Alyssa is the most talented stylist ever. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Newly renovated interiors are calm and inviting. Great location for shopping and dining.

I had been going to another salon when a colleague told me about Snyder Plaza Osgood O’Neil. Vanessa cuts my hair exactly as I want and her scissors fly. She’s amazing. Allie does my color and highlights and she’s like a chemist who gets MY shade right ~ and consistent. I’m very loyal to both!

I've been going to Osgood for probably 8-9 years now, and I absolutely love Kaylee. She does my color, and I literally wouldn't trust anyone else with it. The outcome is always fantastic, and I'm very often told by even strangers how nice the color is. Highly recommend (but please don't make it impossible for me to get appointments ;))!

Erika is the best for color! I trust her and she does the best every single time. I’ve been going to her for over a year and would not consider seeing anyone else. Make sure you ask for Erika!

Such a wonderful salon! Parker really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the final color result. Evan did a great blowout. Overall, a fantastic experience! Definitely recommend for any hair needs
