Went to go get battery check out first when we walked in the lady by name Laura said something didn't understand her and waited and then she said very Rude go ahead and I mentioned to her I didn't understand you the first time and I said we need to get this battery checked and charged and she said just from looking at it it's no good never even tried to charge it for us nothing just blank no good never said hi can I help you nothing Rude as he'll never again will I go to.that store , why do people work with the public if they have such a bad attitude don't understand why she needs major people skills girl if I was your body you would definitely not work there anymore , a customer when they arrive must always say welcome to what ever name the store is then can I help yall with anything but not there. Just saying she should not be working at a public place.

I went for a new battery, they installed it wrong, causing me electrical problems in my car, don't let them install anything in this place! They definitely need to learn!

Wanted to use the code reader because I had the check engine light. when I nicely asked the lady she said “we can’t lend it out anymore because it’s really expensive, we did about a year ago” very rudely. Even though it still advertised on the window.

Received a replacement battery on 10/08/24, worked well for about two months and half. Then out of no where it was dead. Recharged it with the cables and it turn on, the next morning it was dead again. Took it to Oreilly to charge left it there for a day and they stated the battery does not charge fully it’s not a good battery. Because the warranty is out we are not able to get another battery. I am not sure if they sell refurbished batteries or what type of battery was given or if this is a common issue. The point is the battery provided was defective and did not even last three months. Will be contacting corporate and let’s not say the lack of customer service from Linda the manager here. I work late and I asked my father to go speak with the manager . Linda said she could not do nothing and all he can do his buy another battery and repay for insurance so we can get replace battery if the battery isn’t good again, I called after work to get the corporate number and was not going to speak with her as she told my father she could not help, she provided me the number and asked me if there was anything she can do, I told her no she couldn’t help me I needed to speak to corporate about the issue, I was the one with the defective battery, let’s just say after that she went on a rant!!!! she would not let me speak..! ended up having to yell over the phone. I hope those calls are recorded poor costumer service, I figured this issue was over her, but now I am definitely not dealing with this location again!

Don't even bother going to this location. Autozone is just a few minutes away and has better customer service. For one nobody acknowledged me as I walked in and then asking the women with colored hair a simple question gets u a sharp and ill-mannered response like "I'm helping a customer right now!, sorry." Yea I must have been blind because she was alone. Besides that the high prices are a turn off and few knowledgeable people at that location

This location is great. I would not recommend the Illinois and Cockrell hill location at all, I was threaten by the manager person to get off his parking lot.,just because I wanted a refund.
