Count your money when you leave or pay with a card. This store doesnt have any cash to provide correct change or the little boy doesnt know how to count. This store doesnt provide good customer service!!

I went to get a battery that I had to take off and carry out myself because the big guy manager he wasn’t going to do it the store was bringing ran by two ladies that he left alone

Slow and never enough people. There can be 100 people in like with 1 person at the register. 10 other people in the back and no one will open a se one line. People love to ask 100 questions at the register so prepare yourself for a 20 min wait for 1 person.

Didn’t catch the guys name he was a African American gentlemen who was the extremely rude to Hispanic dude who was looking for a filter. The employee wasn’t even doing anything besides standing around and logging easy hours not working the Hispanic dude was ahead of me in line he literally waited in line to get helped and all he asked for a filter everything he had gotten himself and the employee refused to help despite not doing anything and literally said the Caucasian employee should he the one to take care of him why should he wait in line twice ? Why was looking up an item so much work? The dude offered to go get it too all he needed to know was which oeuvre he needed I left the store too that’s super distasteful and lazy for no reason if the employees can’t handle this kind of job they should go to McDonald’s or elsewhere no type of customer service at all.

The girl with cakes on eye makeup and big eyelashes won’t help you. She won’t offer to look up a part for me and when I tried to ask she just said aisle two which after I spent several minutes looking was not there. Left and went to the dealership, would rather pay more and have customer service, I am not a part or car person that’s why I asked for help, shouldn’t be an issue. Lazy attitude!!

Wouldn't install windshield wipers because it was after dark but other than that it was a good experience.

I thought I needed a new battery, but didn't. The guy checking it was so honest. He could have sold me a battery that I didn't need but didn't. How often do you get an honest worker like that these days? Praise God for him!

4/16/2023 came looking for a brake tool. Guy took 15 mins looking for the tool that he said it was in stock. Comes back says we dont have one. Asked if another store has it just said no. Didnt bother to look at his computer. Was more busy looking at videos on his phone.

Nina and the GM went literally above and beyond today I was getting turned around by auto zone and another oriley store. But this one on garland road!! Id leave my job and work here lol great workers!!

Dont know what was there problems never had problems always buy parts from them and do business with them came in to check engine light is on and always buy the parts on the spot but they are not checking ?when ask why ? Just because ! well I guess autozone here come new business
