Javier needs to be trained on helping people and better customer service couldn’t help me with any of my simple questions and had a slight attitude i had a 2 year warranty and i had to convince him to do a replacement on why i needed a replacement makes no sense if u have warranty

Employee Jonathan always has excuses looking up parts in the system and always being rude it's been multiple times I go in and always rude and never wants to look up part number not sure if he knows the system but I go to the next one up the street and never have a problem I will keep writing review until something is done why work there if you don't like your JOB!

If you don't know much about parts, I'd suggest to not go here. I saw someone go there and wanted to buy a 60 dollar belt. One of the guys said they didn't have them and only had the $40 one, so the girl left. One of the workers told the guy, "pa la otra no digas nada," meaning next time, don't say anything.

It seem that they do t care that there's like 15 people in line the worker just keep stacking g stuff on the shelf there was literally 25 minutes of no one up front I'm we all could of walked out with battery no one would have noticed
