I am giving five stars to Dan because he was super helpful! He put on license plates and wipers out in the HEAT today for me. In this day and time, we don't get good customer service anymore so I feel it's important to kudos the people that do give good customer service. We are quick to complain so let's be quick to compliment as well, hago!

The Manager Ed is very rude and un professional waited in line for 20 min one guy working the counter at lunch time. Not a good experience at ALL!!!

The store gets 5 stars because of the men that works here “ED” but I give it 1 star because of the customer service the lady with glasses gave to everyone that was in line. One of her friends came in and she let him skip when there was 4 customers in line waiting she needs more training and need to be thought that while being at work she needs to be professional and respect the customers that was here 1st. 1 guy walked out because it’s not fair to us and I feel his frustration. 3/23/24 her name is Gaby..

White guy at counter is very rude . Apparently at other locations they have more sense to get an umbrella or to cover the diagnostic machine to check a customers car . After my husband was rudely told by this guy that he couldn’t go outside bc it was raining … I’ve seen in the past they can cover it or carry an umbrella . Dude was rude and lazy and rudely responded to my husband . I’ll make sure to report to store manager . Other instances at other locations he was helped and was given an explanation and talked to correctly instead of raising his voice and speaking to my husband like he had no sense … especially in front of other customers.

I bought a part for vehicle and they gave me the wrong one main power relay but when I went back no questions asked and they exchanged it out for the proper one also they just need to pay attention a little more to what the customer is saying other than that pretty decent

People here are very rude & racist. My husband went up there to try and get his truck scanned and they did not want to do it and ask to show his id and did not want to accept it for the fact of it being Mexican I'd. Told him those do not work and are useless. When everywhere else they accept it different oreilys & auto zones. If I could give 0 starts I would.

One of my of the employees (Adrain) was playing games on his phone the entirety of my transaction. Extremely unprofessional. Next time I’ll just go to Autozone around the corner or order my parts on Amazon!
