I have been here numerous times. And Mr Jose Vallejo is always so nice and gets us taken care of. There is another young lady I think her name is Leslie she is also very nice and attentive. There service is great. The store is always clean. And of course I find all my parts for my vehicle. If he does not have them he orders them but I always get what I need. Will most definitely continue to do service here. Thank you guys.

i bought a car battery and the battery didn’t function well i came the first time and they said they will charge it but it didn’t function still and i came back so i could get the warranty to get it fixed but they said no they insisted that my battery was well but it didn’t function at all i don’t understand why they won’t recharge my battery or even test it they just assume that i can go somewhere else to get a new one but it’s their job to fix it for me so for that i don’t recommend this oreilly because they have horrible service it’s a theft they do to the clients and don’t care about anything or how their customers feel

Came in for a warranty return at 6 pm and manager said they didn’t have 80$ cash because they had count the cash ! The store closes at 10 pm !!! How can you run a business without money? Seems like employees were more worried about making numbers at the end of the day instead of helping and doing their job!
