I have to say this is one of the best company's i've ever worked with. We have been in business since 1990 and have leased copiers before so we have experience dealing with alot of different vendors. Office Machines Inc. was a wonderful experience from the initial quote to delivery! Kevin is a top notch, friendly and courteous contact and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Virginia was the technician who is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The delivery went smoothly and our printer was up and running without any down time in our production. I can't recommend them enough! If you need a printer, call them! I know your experience will be as excellent as ours has been. Thank you Office Machines Inc for the best service!!

I am writing about Office Machines 2nd branch which is at 15910 Midway Road, in Addison. I had a lot of copying needs, and this company was highly recommended to me by a friend. So because of the high recommendation, I drove all the way from Love Field to Addison = worth it! I was helped by Liz, and she could not have been nicer or more helpful! She did an expert job with all my print needs, and the cost was fabulous.....Fed Ex / Kinko would have charged 5 times as much. This location is directly on Midway Road, across from Earhart Drive, almost at the intersection of Keller Springs Rd. I was highly impressed, and very pleased, and will come here every time I have printing needs!

Came to get a white and black poster printed up. Guy took 20 minutes just to tell me the printer is on the fritz yet was watching Michael Jordan highlight reels the whole time. I definitely wont be coming back.

Great prices, great service. Guys that work there are awesome. I have been running my company for 19 years and have used Office Machines for the last 8 years. They haven't been perfect, no one is. But any problems are always quickly solved and are few and far between. If you currently use big corporate places like Office Depot or Office Max, try these guys once and you'll never go back. I never did.
