The store was not super stocked, but I think this is the norm in many stores since COVID. But the printing was super convenient and easy. Definitely recommend

one star only because i must -5 stars is way more appropriate went to buy a Shaquille O'Neal office chair but was basically refused service or was actually told i would be waiting indefinitely while he helped customers that weren't in line. so i told him to *uck off and started to leave the yelled at me to get the *uck out of the store. an i was already leaving any way i will never be back

Office Depot on Grenville is a fantastic place because of its people! I prefer to visit a store to make an informed decision on a purchase. Sure, you can buy and return it online, but it is a hassle. I went in to purchase an office chair. OD allowed me to "Try before I buy." I approached an employee, "Dameon," to ask questions about a chair, and he went with me to answer questions and check the stock. He spent 15 minutes with me, and I purchased two chairs. He took me to the cashier and said she, "Debbie," would take it from there. When leaving, he said to someone, "See you tomorrow." I was curious and asked him if he was already off the clock when I approached him, and he said, "Yes, no problem, they were there to serve the customer." I was blown away. Dameon spent his time helping me, wondering if I would buy anything. Now, that is customer service. Debbie then went to pull the chairs and send me on my way. Their teamwork and attitude is a credit to the store manager and the environment in the store. I had not had that kind of experience in a long time. Office Depot, particularly Dameon, and that store deserves an A+.

Upon entering, I wasn't greeted. All the employees were busy tasking. Once I found someone, he said it wasn't his department. I couldn't find what I needed, so I left and went to Staples. They helped me there. Lack of hours is not an excuse for not helping existing customers. More sales means more money. More money means more hours. It's not that hard. Staples had only a few employees, but they were happy to assist. It's possible if you want to do it. I don't expect to see any changes made.

I discovered this great location based on ease of access and parking. All shopping and special printing needs were exceeded.
It is now my full time store for supplies and great customer service.

DO NOT come to this store if you are needing the Print Shop. It is now closed over 90% if the time. The employees stand around and laugh about it and state that, “they don’t work that department” and there is now always a sign that says, “temporarily closed” except that it is there all day every day.Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else if you need printing!

We bought a desk this evening. Jim helped us. He is so helpful. First he greeted us when we came in and offered to help. After we selected a desk and paid for it, he took it to our car. It was a wonderful experience. I was also amazed at the selection of desks at an amazing price. Ours was only 139.00 and regular price was over 200.00. It was a great buy for a very nice contemporary desk. I wish all purchases were this pleasant. Thank you Jim. By the way, Jim looks like Sam Elliot without a mustache.

I ordered computer online it was pick up ready when I got there. Associates were nice, parking easy, safe location. I plan to go again after holidays to buy a office chair.
