Making Odyssey Pets my new go-to store for freshwater aquarium needs. They don't have the biggest selection in North Dallas, but I felt much more comfortable choosing healthy stock from them than other stores. Prices for most everything (particularly amano and neocaridina shrimps) was cheaper as well

La tienda tiene un encanto especial, aunque algunas peceras podrían estar más limpias. Después de dos años, mis dos peces payasos siguen felices gracias a lo que encuentro aquí. La comida para mi pez betta es excelente. Y los tanques de demostración son realmente impresionantes. Definitivamente, vale la pena visitar este lugar, especialmente si tienes perros o gatos en casa.

Odyssey has been my go-to for over 15 years. Recently one of my 2 canine buddies was diagnosed with a terminal condition and was losing his appetite. The Oddessy staff food recommendations were a hit, and Java eats 3 squares a day to keep his weight and strength up. Staff and management have always been great, why we continue to frequent the establishment, OH, we did find Nemo at Odessy many years ago.

I have been coming to Odyssey Pets for the last few years. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful.I have been getting my pets groomed there for just as long. Kirstin is my preferred groomer. She has always done an excellent job with my animals. She's not afraid to make suggestions or to point out if what I am asking for is not in the best interest of my pet. Not only does she groom my dogs to perfection, she is excellent at trimming my cats nails.I have also had the pleasure in meeting one of the owners, Sherry, and she was kind enough to give me a little tour of the facility. I saw the grooming room, the boarding pens and the daycare room. Each space was kept extremely clean. I saw no evidence of spills or messes being left unattended. The crates themselves were pretty well kept.I would recommend Odyssey Pets to anyone and have passed out business cards, especially if someone mentions their pets need a good groom. Kirstin is the best!

Kirstin has been grooming our dog, Cinder, for a while and we have had nothing but great experiences. Cinder is always excited to see Kirstin and you can tell that she really cares for the dogs she grooms. We definitely would recommend Kirstin!

Texas 214's review is Authentic as it gets.Like to add if " Any" pet parent ever complains they add a emoji sticker with the eyes xx out on their profile (meaning they r hard to deal with or just don't allow them to rebook). The cages are rusted ( pix to prove many r like this) and smells like Pee and Poop in the morning. They have stuck 2 little dogs ( family) dogs together in a cage which is way to small for 2 dogs to be in, over night we have come in many of mornings which is the Norm and they are wet with Urine. . I would NEVER RECOMMEND a boarding here. Or Kristen to groom your dog!**DOES ANYONE Really believe they would admit to the TRUTH**!Alicia Tucker and others are promoted and begged by staff to write 5* reviews. Pictures don't lie. Also Texas 214 hasn't fabricated anything. Remember "what's in the dark will Always come to light"

I’ve been having my dog groomed by Gina at Odyssey Pets on Preston and Belt Line in Dallas for a couple of years now. I truly can’t say enough about how FABULOUS she is and today was no exception. I needed my dog done by 12:00 and she said she would try. They let me know she was ready at 10:30 and she looks as awesome as always when Gina does her magic!! Thanks Gina, you’re the BEST❣️??

I highly recommend Odyssey Pets! Great selection of high quality pet foods and bulk chews for my dogs. One of my dogs is impossible for his nails. Kirstin is the only one that can grind his nails without a fight. Also he is so shiny after his baths with Kirstin. Thanks!
