Very disappointed with this car wash service. I have a monthly subscription with auto payments, but they charged me an extra $10, claiming my car was ‘extra dirty’ and needed a power wash. This was never mentioned when I signed up. On top of that, their brushes are already covered in mud, which defeats the purpose of a car wash. If there are extra charges for certain services, it should be communicated clearly upfront. Feels like a hidden fee and left a bad impression.

The majority of the vacuums are damaged and have no suction. I'd save your time and find another wash nearby! The towel bin was empty, and no sprays were out for use.

I’ve had the $44.95 monthly pass now for quite some time. This is for the $19 washes… They will randomly put a big X on your receipt which in turn they only give you the basic $8 wash. This is ridiculous and should not be happening. You’re not getting what you paid for. It’s easy to tell, when you go through the the pre soak, wax and so forth doesn’t happen

I went to wash my car and the guy in the front look at the car and he said we’re not gonna do a good job you have to do detail, I was like no I just wanted to be wipe down he said no sir we’re not gonna do a good job Then we start arguing and he told me bad words, just wanna sell I get it but be nice very bad experience

George did a great job explaining all my options for a full service detail of my Jeep Renegade. I wanted carpets cleaned as well as the usual interior and exterior cleaning. They did a terrific job and I was very pleased.

Ocean Blue Car Wash is fantastic! Their employees are friendly, efficient, and really go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. For just $13, the quality of service is definitely worth it. I have subscriptions of my two cars here. One is basic the other one is one tier better. The front of both cars can’t never be cleaned after running thru the wash. If you have dirt or some mud. They for sure going to stay. They do close 6:45 or earlier not 7:00pm. I just got there 6:47 they all down. When i made the subscriptions its 8:00pm.
The do offer rags to wipe but actually i could bring my own because after leaving the wash my cars are always not dried.
Im thinking of switching my subscriptions to different place.
