The Team at the Oakley store in the Northpark Mall (Dallas) has always provided excellent service on every visit. Joey really outdid himself on this last visit and raised the bar. He was very patient and engaging, providing good feedback and giving some solid input. After an hour of trying on over a dozen frames with various lens options, I settled on a custom pair I'm pleased with. The Team there is providing an excellent service that is sadly hard to find these days.

This Oakley store is well maintained and the store staff is very helpful. Jay helped us with our shopping. Super nice, knowledgeable and assisted with reassembling the sunglasses with the new lens and accessories we purchased. We will definitely be back to North Park Oakley store.

The service at this location was outstanding. I won’t be shopping anywhere else. Derek was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with every question I had—and I had quite a few. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this shop.

Yesterday I went to pickup my prescription Glasses and I the services was right, but I didn’t notice and the moment when they gave me the Glasses, didn’t bring them cleaning clothes? How I going to clean my new Glasses that J bought there ? With my hands or my own clothes? They should have been in with my glasses on the cases.

Derek and Jay were outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made purchasing two pairs of sunglasses and replacement lenses easy and enjoyable, and their service alone is a reason I’ll return. It’s rare to find such refreshing customer service, and it reflects extremely well on both the store and the Oakley brand.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had.
Went in the purchase prescription glasses and the male worker with the black glasses was the worst. Super unhelpful, the guy just kept repeating that his store was the number 1 in the nation and how everything in his store is built for sport. Anytime I had a question, I felt like I was being gaslit based on the tone of his response. He did not make me want to purchase anything from that store I almost felt like he was trying to run me off, giving me every excuse why I shouldn’t buy what I wanted. Poor customer service and selling tactics. His DM should consider if he is the right person for the role.

Poor service. Went in to get replacement lenses as I have done for many years in the past. I was quickly told that they don't do that anymore and they are strictly in the business of selling new glasses. I insisted I wanted to buy just the lenses and he said 'No, I'm only here to sell you insurance and glasses, that's all I do, so go ahead and buy some sunglasses and then add on insurance because you'll need it. We finally just left. Couldn't deal with him anymore. Later we went online and it shows that they do still offer that service there. How ironic!
