We’ve used Numotion for years. The wheelchair techs, Will and Bobby, are amazing and the reason we keep coming back. There have been some issues in the past with other departments in the company, but the whole process with our recent order went very smoothly. We are extremely happy with the way everything turned out and thankful for the hard work put in to get our daughters elec wheelchair in before the new year (our deductible rolls over).

Office staff and technicians are great. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to get someone to come to the house for repairs and such.

Numotion has been a wonderful experience for me I have learned so much about my powerchair and the use of it. The employees there is very respectful kind and considerate of all the customers. They are patient and respectful of our needs. I recommend Numotion for they are reliable and on time. Not only can you visit their near by offices they come to your home as well. I'm sure you will enjoy the pleasant company of the techs while you wait like I have. Way to go Numotion keep up the good work ?

This company doesn't deserve any stars. How is it possible that my daughter has been on a loaner almost a year because this company can't hire the right people to understand our special needs children requests. I have talk to managers, been promised that it will be fixed and until this date. Nothing! UGH. Numotion has been told several times they do NOT need pre-authorization from our secondary insurance. They still waste their time putting our order on hold because of this. When we have had emergencies. We called, talk via video with someone, see my daughter on the ground, (due to their pieces not put together right). All I hear is "I'm sorry, we will take care of this". But honestly, they DO NOT care. They take months to repair. If it wasn't for Scottish Rite Hospital that stepped in and lend us a wheelchair. My daughter wouldn't be able to go to school or get around. The last order we did was not done correctly. The technician came, look at the chair. Realized it was the wrong part. Took it back to their warehouse. And the next day came back with a mediocre fix. He left a very sharp steel part on her side of chair. I told him that I appreciate his effort but that is not right. I spoke to the manager and again was promised the moon and back and again NOTHING. I finally had the time to deal with this people today. Called mid morning and been placed on HOLD for an hour or so and to be told that there are NO managers available. UNREAL! Calling their service line is a stress itself. They do not have professional customer service reps with the right skill. Especially dealing with people with disabilities. There needs to be empathy, and courteous customer service reps. I feel stuck with this company. But can't wait to find better options for my daughter. If you can AVOID this company. Please do so!

They are always friendly and helpful. Have never had a bad experience with them. When we do get new equipment they always show us how to use it and always offer for us to call if we have any questions afterwards. Thanks so much!!!

the lines of communication is horrible. They reschedule appointments without communicating to the customer, they give you the run arounds about your appointment and they tell you they will provide services then do not follow through with what they tell you then they cant find notes on the account. This company is very unprofessional

Trying to schedule a repair for one of my students wheelchairs and end up talking to someone in a call centerShe had no idea about wheelchairs and no flexibility with scheduling.So so sad that we can't talk to someone local.

I've been a customer of this company since I was a kid, mostly because I don't have much of a choice. There are a few workers who are amazing and really want to help you. My experience with the rest of them has been lackluster, particularly over the last few years. It's been really rough, being talked down to. To Numotion, you are the Other. This review won't do anything, but for those of you beginning your relationship with this company, know that you are just a number to them. Be prepared.

I just called the Numotion Service Department because my doctor at UTSW ordered a Rojo Cushion for my Hospital Bed and a Shower Chair . I just need a few questions answeredThe "Service Department" which I later learned is a call center said I am no longer active in system because I had no repairs since 2013. This is incorrect information. Numotion has serviced my wheelchair many times after 2013.The call center agent did not seem to know what she was doing because she could not even find me in the system for a good 5 minutes. To add insult to injury I heard many people laughing in the background including the agent who kept putting me on mute.Were there changes to the Service department? I do not remember it ever being like this. This worries me if I need wheelchair repairs or services in the future.Return back to how the company use to be or it will end up losing loyal clients and go belly up.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They aren’t truthful, they are terrible at responding to requests, they added $20k to a medical bed my child needed so it kept getting denied. This is FRAUD. I am beyond frustrated with everyone I’ve spoken to at NuMotion. Save yourself time, energy, headaches, tears, and heartaches and use another company for your medical needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will regret it. If you use this company and things go BAD I WARN you! SMH. This technician that works for Numotion told me it is okay to work on a WHEELCHAIR in a FRONT LOBBY of a building without asking. He Was very Rude. He does not own the building. When I ask him to STOP HE WANTED to call the Police on me at my office , I am a office manager at a apt. Complex I came out of my office and found a man (Technician )working on a wheelchair as if he’s a car mechanic. 2 batteries on the floor power wheel chair disassemble and part of the wheelchair up in the air. I ask him to stop working on the wheel chair in the front lobby . He refused to stop he kept working on the chair and started arguing with me in the main entrance of the building. He did not ask could he work on the chair in the lobby. I ask the man that lives here did he give the technician permission to work in the lobby he said he thought he was outside. This is very a unprofessional company. The technician said he work on wheelchairs every where in the lobby. In our conversation I noticed he was making WRONG right and RIGHT wrong. I have never seen or witnessed no technician working on a power wheelchair in the front lobby, where are people walking in and out the front door. Other companies that comes here are very respectful. This is the first technician I ever seen do such, and this is not normal. I took pictures he left dirt on the floor in the lobby and in the front of the building he left two wheelchair batteries SMH. Do not use this company. This technician that works for Numotion reflects his owner and the company he works for. I have NEVER SEEN nothing like this before. I am telling you the truth. Go somewhere else.
