I take my elderly mother's Honda Pilot to this shop. They are very reasonable on their prices. They even plugged a spare tire without charging her.

Charged $110 to plug in an ODB2 scanner and read the codes. That is available for free at any auto parts store. Did not check anything else out - just quoted the most expensive 'solution' without bothering to check if other issues could be at play or fixed without a complete rebuild/replacement.

Came in for a vehicle inspection on a Saturday and was treated very well by the Service Manager Mike. Not only was my inspection handled promptly but Mike also went so far as to clean the grease off my car that someone else left towing my car after a flat. Top notch professional service.

Beware of this business!! We took our car in because it was leaking antifreeze. They tell us it's the radiator and a few other things. it was 1345$. We get it home and we realize after a day, it's still leaking. We bring it back up there and they say it's the water pump at 1800$!! we tell them that we brought it in for leaking not a radiator and you didn't fix it. Northlake Automotive said "not our problem". After looking up the part, we realize that it's only 100$. My husband asks "can you give us a discount on the labor since you were the ones who put in the wrong part?". They said no because they need the work. They are shady!! Don't trust them with your car! We are filing with the BBB.

Charged me to provide the simplest of estimates: a brake replacement. Their estimate included replacing all rotors, which was not necessary per a second opinion. In short, they charged me to provide an estimate and either didn’t evaluate the vehicle in detail or they recommended unnecessary work intentionally.

These guys are the best! They went above and beyond for repairs on my SUV. Communication was honest and sincere as well as everything else involved with my vehicle. I don't live in Dallas, however I wouldn't hesitate to drive the 60 miles to this shop, should I need any repairs done in the future. These guys are that good!My repairs were more than 2k, and they did an excellent job! I recommend this shop!!

I took my vehicle in to have a diagnostic test done because of a check engine soon light. I was informed of the result and permitted the repair. I picked my vehicle up feeling relieved that the problem was resolved. However, 3 DAYS LATER, the check engine light reappeared. I called the shop back the next business day to inform them. Exactly 1 week later, I took my car back to this shop to have it tested again. I was told it now had 2 new codes, my alternator and battery. I expressed my frustration. How was this not discovered a week ago after the first diagnostic test?! I was told, “ Sometimes it happens like that”. I have never had a car problem reappear 3 days later after a repair!! I called a certified mechanic that I know. He told me to bring my car and he would test the alternator and battery. He tested it the same day I picked my car up from this shop. He found that there was nothing wrong with my alternator or battery. I was so upset. I’ve dealt with so many shady mechanics. I feel that they take advantage of the ignorant, especially women. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP! It’s unfortunate because of the convenience to my residence, but I’ll drive further and be inconvenienced to find a business that deals with integrity!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They will overcharge you and break parts on your car. I only went here because they worked on my car with a part I provided. They definitely overcharged me, but I had to get the part programmed so I paid anyway. 700 dollars later, all of the same engine codes popped up on my car which they lied about and said it was only one. I asked if they would see what was wrong with my A/C, because I thought the part I bought would fix it and it didn't. They diagnosed my blower motor as the problem and broke off the plastic on the felt covering the motor. Also, they wanted to charge me $300 for a blower motor that was $52 on Amazon, and 150 in labor for a 15 minute fix. Never coming here again.
