I visited his business to get a quote and was left waiting outside in the heat for over 10 minutes. When he finally came out, he told me they would not provide a quote unless I scheduled an appointment online. I cannot recommend this company due to the unprofessional handling of the entire process.

Very professional, easy to work with, helped me understand how the body shops cooperates with auto insurance to determine damage to car after an accident which then ins. co. appraiser sets a money value on the sum of all the losses including parts and labor.

I wanted to get some work done and I was told to wait for the "boss man". I was waiting and finally a guy came out and said that I can't be in their parking lot because of insurance reasons! Where am I meant to wait? He preceded to tell me that they aren't willing to take my money. The owner told me that the first rude guy isn't rude and that he's really nice. By that standard, I would hate to see him get really rude. If you want to be mistreated go her!

Northside recently did a repair on my civic. They did a fantastic job! Everyone was super nice, and they even detailed my car before handing me the keys. Highly recommend!! 10 stars out of 5!

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I really must give a shout out to Northside Collision Center for the repair work they completed on my Land Rover LR3. While Kruz, the owner, did not give me the lowest repair estimate, it wasn't the highest either. Kruz and his team were realistic about what needed to be done (no “hidden” fees) and said they could source the parts/paint quickly (no small feat for an old, retired model I have learned). Most importantly they were respectful to me as a woman, talking with me exactly as I assume, they would talk with their male customers. I just feel like they were telling it to me straight up. I was impressed with the communication and so grateful when my repairs were finished spotlessly, on schedule, and right on budget. My girl now looks as good as new, and I am finally happy to have found an honest shop.

Cruz and his team have done work on my car as well as for friends and family several times over the years. They have always gone above and beyond and Cruz is incredibly fair and honest to deal with. Having to deal with car repairs is never fun but anytime I need work done I will always go straight to Cruz and his team at North Side. Everything you would want from a local business. Friendly, fair, honest and they truly care about you being satisfied with their work. Can’t recommend this business enough

Recently took my truck in to get some things fixed and it was one of the best choices I've ever made. The customer service was amazing and for the amount of things that needed to be done they did it very quickly as well. The quality is outstanding and they outdid themselves in everything they did to it. 100% recommend coming here

I have had vehicles repaired multiple times over the years by several different businesses. Some have really nice waiting rooms with coffee and fish tanks. But none have done such quality work as the crew at North Side. Cruz is obsessed with your satisfaction. If you want a fish tank to look at while you wait, go elsewhere. If you want quality work that looks better than the original, then go to North Side.
