I really appreciated that there was always a point of contact during the whole moving process that could be reached by phone call or text — whether that was the move coordinator, the driver, or even the move consultant. Responses were always pretty prompt and assuring regarding where our stuff was. NA movers (not some third-party) were friendly and took a lot of care with packaging, especially fragile items. If I had I one gripe, it would be that the driver only had two guys unloading at the final destination, which took a little longer, as opposed to the crew of four that packed up the house. Other than that, would use again.

Interstate move. Supportive, responsive, on time. Driver (Christian) was phenomenal with loading, delivery and set-up. Definitely recommend for your move.

We decided to move from Dallas to Seattle and chose North American Van Lines for our move. The packers came and packed us on one day and moved us the next.We had a certain time frame in order to get into our house. The driver, Roy, called to clear up a few issues. I told him about our time issues and he said he’d do his best to get to our new home early.We were pleasantly surprised when he called to tell us when he’d arrive with our furniture. He and Elvis brought half of our belongings on Monday and the other half on Tuesday.Very good and professional movers!

I have used many moving companies and I really liked this North American experience. The communication was awesome from start to finish. Even though a few items got damaged in the move, North American was dependable and willing to make it right.Thank you!

I was extremely disappointed when the promised delivery date was just a figment of the sales person’s imagination. I was very pleased with the driver, the loading crew, and the unloading crew. I would recommend to anyone, but take the verbally promised delivery date with a grain of salt. Pay attention to the ranges of dates provided in writing.

North America Van Lines was a good choice for our cross country move. Our move consultant, Julie, was helpful throughout. Our driver, Ivan, exceptional all around and the load on pickup and unload teams on delivery took very good care of our things.

I was extremely pleased with A-1 Freeman's (North American Van Lines') level of professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, attention to detail, and careful handling of my furniture throughout the moving process. From the quotation stage, their representative scheduled a detailed virtual walk-through of my house, asked appropriate questions, and generated a detailed inventory packing list with conservatively-estimated weights. I followed up that conversation with a spreadsheet detailing my large furniture volumes so that they could amend the overall estimated weights. Their base quote was a bit higher than some of the competition, however the difference was accounted by the base insurance coverage that they offer vs the competition.On moving day they were punctual and got to work almost immediately. They gingerly packed up all of my goods and even took the time to disassemble ALL of the furniture. By the time they arrived at my new residence (again, very punctual), they efficiently offloaded all of my goods, reassembled the furniture, and didn't have any unaccounted for items. Bonus points thar all of the moving personnel were genial, friendly, and professional.I highly recommend NA Van Lines!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you missing stuf Beginning of packing & loading is great, but deliveries is a disaster. After 2 days of opening all my boxes. We realized that there's 2 boxes of missing. Each box we put a number from 1 to 84. We called and email the company. After a month of investigation on their side, they to,d me their driver already delivered everything that belong to me, at this point there's nothing they can do about it since is not their driver's fault.

Over 7 weeks for my things. Still do not have them. Never use them. They do not stay in contact at all. I was told my things would be delivered in a week. Its been 7 weeks

The driver and Packers were extremely professional and friendly. They took great care with my furniture. When arriving at our new home they were the same way. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

When we arrived at our new home in the midst of a pandemic, this company insists that we should have inventoried even piece on their *extremely* unclear household goods delivery form. I do not think for one minute that the driver would have waited while we combed through every box and item - nor would I have wanted them to, because they were not wearing masks and were in our home. We lost several items and submitted the appropriate claim, only to have it denied because "we checked off" on having received them. If I could give negative stars I would. This national corporation does not give a fig about you or your belongings, even when you pay extra for insurance against loss or damage. You're better off doing it all yourself - at least you care about your things.
