Exceptional service! Delivery of a medium size shipment a few months ago was white glove! They took great care of our furniture. We had one small item that we picked up from the warehouse and they took care of us loading it. 5 Star service!

I could not be more impressed with Nice Moves. Customer service is amazing. The people who answer the phones, the quality of care for our furniture, and the detail to perfection that the delivery truck drivers have are all top notch. I have never worried about having high end pieces delivered to my clients with this delivery company. I know they will take every precaution to make sure the merchandise is secure and safe. This is my second year in a row using Nice Moves for my move and they are the absolute BEST. They are professional, friendly, very efficient, and always put the customers needs first. They go above and beyond to provide the best possible service, and I will continue to use them for all of my moves in the future. I truly can't recommend them enough. Odds are, you'll love Nice Moves just as much as I do!

It seems like nice people work there, but ... as a long haul truck driver, I'm not supposed to unload furniture what I brought from Canada. One smart men ask me if I want to unload by myself (!?) And another thing what I didn't like - to wait untill guys will unpack furniture ( from factory package) to inspect all those stuff for scratches and cleanliness. In conclusion - customer service over the phone and arrives 5 stars, after unloading and receiving signed BOL with "special note from manager" 1 ⭐. Average 3.

If I could give zero stars I would. Negative zero starts for POLLY. I have never been treated this way by any business (specifically Polly) and I am outraged, shocked and extremely disappointed in the way this company now operates. To say the least. Polly repeatedly interrupted me and cut me off as I was trying to explain the situation at hand with my shipment. Not once did she let me complete a sentence. NOT. ONCE. I had to ask her to stop interrupting me about 7 times. The second I tried to start to tell her the truth about what is actually going on, (b/c she was flat out LYING to me; I had all the records in front of me) she immediately cut me off and kept going about god knows what, as LOUD as she could, and at this point we were both talking at the same time. Imagine this happening about 20 times. She would have no part in listening to me, AT ALL, a loyal customer who has used their service for over 10 years. I couldn't believe someone in the service industry was actually acting like this! This is crazy! (What is even happening right now.) The second I opened my mouth she started arguing w/me in a very loud manner and kept raising her voice to drown me out. Again, this happened about 20 times. Oh. She also accused me of lying when I told her I called and left a voice mail and told me I should've sent an email instead and its my problem. Umm, I was RETURNING A CALL FROM YOU GUYS (Luis to be exact.) I can't even tell you how frustrating this was!! Of course I was so upset at her behavior. Who wouldn't be!? This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had in my entire career!! I tried to stay calm but dealing w/someone as horrible like that I finally had enough and just couldn't take it anymore. I just said, you know, you're a real piece of f-ing work. She completely lost it, screamed at me and said I was degrading HER etc etc and totally went off on me and hung up. It was like a tornado on the other end of the phone!! Funny how she was able to hear that and nothing else. I recognize gas lighting and manipulation when I hear it. (I studied behavioral psychology for years.) She was immensely rude from the very start. When I called back again to speak to the actual person who had originally called me, (Luis or Martin) she picked up the phone and immediately yelled at me again and said "OH NOOO YOU'RE NOT SPEAKING TO ANYONE TOO BAD FOR YOU" and also said something to the effect of - hell no you're not talking to ME like that and degrading ME... and laughed like a psychopath, said F U and in true teenage fashion, said BYEEEEEEEEEE and hung up on me. Well. Lol. Ok. What a horrible person. Wow. So now, they have my stuff and they wont pick up the phone. I suppose I can involve legal counsel now, as this was my second attempt to resolve an issue to no fault of my own, btw. I have been using their service since 2012. I have never ever been treated like this and I'm still pretty shocked. I will NEVER use this company again. Too bad they can't find better help. This person is unhinged and revealed just how crazy unorganized and scattered they are with their communication and invoicing and general operating system. Call a different moving company.

Moved antiques after my parents passed. Everything was wrapped, on time, handeled all furniture with great care, 2 seperate delivery addresses. Excellent company and I highly recommend .

I’ve been using Nice Moves since 2000 and they are the best in the business. Their name is completely what they are super nice and professional. They handle all my moving needs with packing, moving items around to place in my home, hanging etc... I have referred several of my friends and family and they all have a excellent moving experience as well.

Worst movers ever!!!! Forgot my moving date, then sent 2 guys, one was a kid who never had moved before. Furniture and walls damaged and the owner left after 2 hours... move took 3 times as long. STAY AWAY!!!
