This has to be the worst company to deal with on an insurance claim. The process is so convoluted. I cannot get this entity to endorse a check and get my leaky roof repaired. The customer service person out of the loss draft department on a recorded line acted like bonquiqui - she put me on hold mid sentence and then after 20 minutes hung up on me. You cannot get any resolution between dovenmuhele mortgage or Nex bank. I'd give zero stars if I could. Sounds like no response from then is going to require legal escalation as I'm unsure how else to get someone to help get to a resolution.

Horrendous customer service. You'll have to jump through hoops to get account access, and NEXBANK WILL withdraw money from your current bank without giving access to their banking. Very unreliable and shady

Its not Nexbank's fault that the entire industry got backed logged. Its nothing short of supply demand. Our industry has seen the highest levels of demand during a time when we have all been dealing with COVID remote workers etc. I am not saying they are perfect, no company is, but as far as customer service they have been a terrific company to deal with

Their current turn times just to get a loan into underwriting is 60 days. You'll most likely not fund for 3 months or more.
