Love this store! I’ve been buying running shoes, and casual sneakers here for years. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I recently received an email saying it had been 6 months since I bought some running shoes, and it may be time for a new pair. I initially thought, funny sales tactic, but took a good look at the shoes, and sure enough, the outsoles worn down, and they weren’t as cushioned as they once were. I popped in after looking at new colors online, we double checked my fit, and while they didn’t have the color in stock, the had it shipped to me from another store, arriving just 2 days later. Customer service here is tops, and the shoes are the best! Cheers!

New Balance 880s are my favorite walking and running shoe. I feel as if I am walking on clouds. They have the perfect fit for me and I never experienced any rubbing or chafing, even when I buy a brand new pair. I do not even need to try them on. I walk straight up to the cash register and provide my name and they pull up my purchase history which includes my size and then the always friendly and efficient staff only need to ask me what color I want. I love the store and I love the shoes.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. We were able to purchase most of what we needed in store, and for the item that wasn't available it was shipped directly to our home within a week. Highly recommend!

For the third time I go to the store, my wife likes this store a lot. Today I went to buy a pair of shoes and I expected the same attention as always. When I entered, the same worker who has served me was not there and I only knew contempt. In 2 years that I have been in this country, I had never known what discrimination was. I entered the store and no one approached me to help me. I asked a young man to find me a pair of shoes, he just ignored me. I felt that it was because of my Hispanic appearance. He left me sitting waiting. A person with white skin came in and came out to help him, ignoring my request. When they saw that I was still sitting waiting, they sent me a young woman of color who took my order. How ugly to enter a store where you had good expectations and find this, that this type of discrimination still exists on the part of employees.

Probably the worst store experience if I’m being completely honest, no greeting when we came into the store, already making us feel unwanted. One store associate did gladly help us, but everyone else was so short with the conversation not wanting to interact with me and my sister in law. Then at check out I asked if they do a military discount, since I’ve asked at other NB stores and they have gladly done the discount. All the associates just looked in shock and laughed it off, with no explanation. I had to ask since I was just wondering and even then they still said don’t give an answer when that’s all I wanted. Lastly I guess the female manger looked all scared when looking at me, don’t if it was because of my tattoos, but she just kept looking at me all scared and watchful.

I went in because I found a pair of new balance shoes on a resale website and wanted to try my size. I was really clear with the sales person that I was just trying to try my size and I was gonna take my business to this resale website, and they were still so nice. Not sure what his name was, but the bald white man was so kind, calm, and professional I have never Had a shoe trying on session that was so luxurious. He literally tied my shoes for me, opened up the shoe did everything for me. He was amazing.

Have worn New Balance for years, and having a local store to try them on and ensure a good fit is great. Brett (the store manager) always has a smile on his face and provides great service!
