Great designs but very cold and $$$ hungry. To simply cut my nails just a bit shorter (yes, shorter — took him 5 minutes) was $15 extra. Mind you, I paid $140 so that was $165 total. So…yea. Never coming again. This place has the same energy of beauty supply stores that dislike “certain” people. (Iykyk)
Update - in response to the business, the design had nothing to do with cutting it shorter, nor did cutting it shorter interfere with the design. Was still charged $15 for 5 min of cutting the nails shorter. ?

The nails were getting dirty, I came in to get them removed. Instead of taking care of me, they started on someone who came in after me who wanted everything.I will not be back.

zero stars!!! Over priced
the lady was rough with my feet from the time i sat in the chair as if she was upset about something not involving me. She literally butchered my toe nails and when someone “fixed them” they had to do an acrylic over lay. I was there 4 plus hours for a short set with white toes. I was overcharged for my nails. No discount after the horror i experienced and i have to have acrylic on my toes until it grows out.. I will not ever go back

Limited skills, requested slight curve…they don’t offer. I requested short to medium stiletto…she gave me long…had her cut them twice…still too long for me to type…went back ask them to shave them down with the drill…they couldn’t do that. Said they would have cut them and change the shape. I wear stiletto nails often and the nail tech always shortened my nails without having to actually them.

Very bad customer service. I have no idea how do they expect a customer to wait for 40 minutes. I really do think that they need to fix this problem. No one in this world has time to wait 40 minutes to do their nails after entering the store.

Last time I checked this is the United States of America and we still have some rights, so the manager tells me I can't get my long nails filled with regular polish for $60, but I have to get gel polish @$80, because long nails get messed up too easily "what a crock of bull" not only did she try to hustle me but also tried to insult my intelligence, the shop was empty and I know why, and by the way long nails don't get messed up if you know what your doing

I got there when they first opened the doors. Only one worker but then 30mins later the rest of them started strolling in. My 1st time there and Julie took good care of me and did a great job on my nails.
