Amanda Jennings is terrible at customer service. I have been in this location many times and she avoids customers like the plague. I sat with her in her office for 30 minutes and it was like pulling teeth for her to help me help my son who’s on deployment right now.
As soon as the lobby gets busy, she runs in the back

It was 10/11/24 @ 11:45 and I walked . The greeter was looking down at her phone texting away. She didn't even notice me until I passed her.She said Welcome in a way we're she wanted to get it out of the way so she can get back to her texting. I am a mystery shopper but I didn't mystery shop this store today. She is the face of this very very prestigious bank. It's a very poor representation of what the bank embodies. I can see that activity at a bank that people have to settle for because they can't go with a mainstream bank like Woodforest Bank and 1st Convenience Bank. They she started laughing about it like it was not a big deal.

The service at this location is seriously lacking. The tellers are often rude, and there’s no greeting or acknowledgment when you walk in. We were directed to stand in line for a teller to finalize an auto loan, only for the teller to reprimand us for not going to a banker instead. The process here is completely disorganized. How can you have such a small team, yet no one seems to communicate or know what’s going on? As the face of customer service, handling important aspects of people’s lives, you should be providing far better service. If you don’t want to interact with people, maybe consider working in a call center instead.

I love this bank. I never have any issues. The tellers are always polite, professional, and informative. I came in because I lost my wallet and had money orders that were filled out to a company that wouldn’t take them.. Shaniya helped me get a new debit card and deposit the money orders that were giving me a pain in my butt. So much stress is relieved and I thought I would be turned around due to annoying “policies”. But now everything is fine due to the help I received. Great job Shaniya and the entire Navy Federal team!! You are appreciated <3

ATM ain’t worth a DAMN. Took all of my cash and then told me it was no longer accepting cash deposits despite starting the process. This location is closest to me but frequently out of service. I shouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes further just to make a deposit….

As a 22 year member of Navy Federal and owning 3 companies who all bank here, I have literally done Millions of dollars of business here. For some reason NFCU decided to risk it all over $1,400. They raised our interest rate on a car loan to 16% without notifying us of an error with our title paperwork (an error from the dealership). When we contacted NFCU they gave us 90 days to fix it - it took the State of Texas 91 days to mail them the new title. The jerk middle manager that we dealt with freely admitted that we did nothing wrong, nor could we have done anything different and was unwilling to escalate our problem to another level. And yet he is willing to lose our lifelong business over 1 day. I’m truly saddened to see how far this company has fallen. This used to be a company that took care of their members.

Front desk representative pointed me to the next open desk. There was no one in line. She asked me to go through the line and wait. I took a step back quietly and she continued to ask me to walk through the empty line Stanchion. The next empty teller helped with no problem. All she had to do was point me to next available no attempt to embarrass me. Branch #120

Martez made my experience quick and fun. He has amazing customer service skills and is extremely personable. I've only lived in the area for 7 days and he even gave me some pointers on shopping for my new place.
