I have been a patient here for several years, until today. I was 9 minutes late to my appointment and the doctor decided not to see me because they have a ten minute grace period. When I explained that I was there at the nine minute mark and they were assisting others, they did not care. Life happens. People are occasionally late. As a long term patient I would expect some grace and flexibility. They also constantly spam your email and phone with nonstop messages reminding you to make an appointment.

Easy to find location. Really super efficient staff from start to end. Great experience. Doctor gave me a great and easy exam. This is the best experience I've ever had getting an eye exam.

Went here once and decided not to come back. The doctor was good and the staff was friendly but the environment felt very corporate. I felt like I was being sold something at every turn. They sell you on this extra test at an additional cost that they say will help them see your eye better. As soon as you finish with the doctor, you are taken immediately to a sales representative who will sell you on overly expensive glasses and/or contacts.

The friendly reception with Liza, initial assessment with Ynes and actual exam with Dr Schultz all surpassed my expectations. Ynes and Liza helped me pic out frames that fit my face and look stylish too, with no pressure tactics. Id definitely recommend this place for eye ware needs!

Love this place. The doctors are wonderful. The staff is so helpful and nice. My entire family has come here for exams and thanks to the staff taking time to explain my benefits, I realized my insurance covered our glasses. I also find its easy to book online and call and get a person. I highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Clark for years and really appreciate the time she takes to get my contact lense prescription correct. However, I might need to find a new eye doctor soon due to how long eye appointments take. The office needs to reconsider their appointment scheduling processes. Most recently, I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15 am. I arrived early and was brought back to exam room around 11:20 am. Saw doctor saw me at 12:05. So they were running 45 minutes late. I can't keep doing this. I was late getting back to work and this has happened several times. At least they gave me a discount on my contacts due to the inconvenience.

Dr. Clark!!!! Thank you.I’m so excited to have an excellent doctor that looks like me. I feel seen, and very well taken care of.The whole experience was incredible, from reception to getting my frames ordered.—Scott and Ynes are great!Dr. Clark took the time to explain everything. We’ve been patients of Dr. Clark before it became MyEye Doctor. We come back for her and how she treats us as patients. She’s compassionate and takes her time. She really cares for her patients. Great eye tech personnel as well! Great choices on glasses- lots to choose from. Ask for Dr. Clark- you won’t regret it!

My experience was a remarkable one from start to finish. The exam from the Dr was very informative, quick and to the point she was great! I also want to express my appreciation to Mrs Ashley who helped me locate the perfect eyewear and she was very efficient in knowledge of how to incorporate the best rate of return with my insurance, thanks again Ashley for great customer service!

I have been coming to this office for many years now. I love Dr Clark she is amazing. She is the only reason this place gets any stars. The last 3 years working with the optical department to get my glasses has been a nightmare! They actually forgot to order my glasses one year. Now I have been attempting to reach the optical manager for almost 3 weeks now with no response. It has been 23 days now waiting on glasses that should have only taken less than 2 weeks. I ordered 3 pair and was supposed to get a call back the business day after I ordered glasses, for information on my safety glasses. I had to call last week myself to be told that I was out of network for my safety glasses. First off that is totally not true as it is the same insurance as my glasses were ordered from, not to mention my insurance has not changed and I have gotten them from there before. After being put on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to the optical manager a lady answers to tell me the manager is at a different location. Customer service here is horrific. Now that it is the end of the year I guess I will just loose my safety glasses benefits due to this optical department's incompetence. I really wish Dr Clark would go to a different clinic because I will not be going back to this clinic other than to pick up the 3 pair of glasses I have already paid over $1000.00 for. That is if they ever come in.
