Idk about MPS , but Westrock now have hire new management and it really bad. Company operated on favoritism instead of professionalism. Manager always picking on new employee and side with old employee, made up stuff and rumor about employee for some reason. If you looking for a job here, my advice to you is " DON'T" . They will pick on you, dont give you any trainning, and they'll change your SHIFT/HOURS just like that, they dont care whether or not it affect your personal time with your family .Managenebt team really lack of communication and unfair. By the way, if you ever have bad experience and issue with the FOIL STAMP operator at night , just let it go, he under management protection. Other than that, some operators at the press are are nice ppls, and all the Die Cut area ppls are nice too.Company is very low standard, it best if Cooperate investigate this facility, specially management.1. Favoritism ,2. lack of communication, 3. lack of responsibilities, 4. unorganized, 5. managers spread lies and rumor, no opportunity. 6. No safety
