Probably the worst quartz manufacturer I have ever had experience with. None of their sizes are standard at different locations. How can a man-made material not be the same size in Dallas as it is in Tampa for the exact same product? Not to mention the fact that the people who work in the Dallas store are not friendly and are very much not happy with their job. It is a joke.

Nancy was the best!!! She is super knowledgeable, and has the ability to see into my mind (yikes), and help me pick the color of countertops that best suited my new home. We discussed durability, wear and care for each product in depth. She was never frustrated with my thousand questions, nor did I feel dumb for asking them. Even if they were dumb!! Her magic personality is a bonus! This company has a real keeper of an employee. Thank you Nancy!! Go, fight, WIN!!

Our visit to the MSI showroom was excellent. After the computerized checkin, the very courteous young lady escorted us into the warehouse to look at the countertop slaps we were interested in seeing. She answered our questions without a problem. Overall a good experience.

Friendly staff, a very good selection of quartz, quartzite and granite. Plus a nice offering of tile and vinyl plank. Everyone knows that MSI is the place to go for countertops and now we know why.

MSI staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of countertop material and backsplash tile is fantastic . I was able to take a few samples of quartz countertop material home, so I could look at it in my space. MSI works with retailers and fabricators, so you can’t get pricing directly from MSI.

Discovered this place on a Google search. The personnel was knowledgeable, experienced and extremely friendly. Good supply of electrical material but the expertise is priceless.

Once signed in, the associates were very helpful. They pointed out the area in which my quartz choices were displayed and let me browse at my leisure. So many choices! They were able to supply me with a few samples to take with me. All in all, a great experience.

Huge showroom where you can see the full slabs which is the only way to get the right perspective. Great service and free samples to take home and see in your own lighting. AC in the showroom would have been nice and why not a five star rating.

Great place to look at the whole slabs of granite and quartz to see what they look like. A small sample just doesn't give you a good idea of what it will really look like.
