“Working with Delivery Limited to pack, move and unpack my client from Ft Worth to Dallas and most recently Dallas to Denver was perfection! They were professional, considerate, understanding and their work exceptional. Not only did everything arrive in the same condition including fine art pieces, but they made sure any imperfections prior to packing were corrected after unpacking. Large art pieces were hung per the client's specifications including a 14' hand carved, wood mirror. Not only did they complete any task asked of them, they also asked if there was any other tasks they could tackle. We worked together like we had been a team for years. “Our family moved across the country in 2021 and I have to say overall I feel that A1 Freeman stood by us and were very responsive to our needs (thanks Mireya!) . Moving a large 4 bedroom house after 25 years and keeping our stuff in storage (including a grand piano) for nearly 2 years - was very dificult and logistics were complicated today the least . We were having our new house remodeled and it wasn't ready on time (pandemic) but A1 Freeman did a good job of dealing with the delays. Things happen, we had a couple of things scratched and a couple of things broken (I think by the unloading crew who may have been contracted out) but A1 helped us navigate the claims process with Nirth American Van Lines and fixed or paid for everything. We had to provide documentation, pictures, descriptions and what I thought it was worth (my parrots cage was dented) still
This was our 2nd major move, we had done the cross country move 25 years earlier and I was impressed. I don't think there is a perfect moving company to deal with this type of move, but I appreciate service and we did receive gold star service and communication. All pricing was above board, and I had interviewed at least 3 strong companies (many more but lots were flakey - ie didn't respond or gave incomplete quotes) and A1Freeman was the most complete and transparent.
I would use them again.”
“US Direct Movers have been very receptive to the feedback in terms of pricing, and finishing our move from IL to NJ. One of the best things was to see how timely the communication was in terms of arrival, and the fact that all of the things were delivered in time and in place.
On-site discipline around re-assembling equipment, and communication on packing material could be improved, but I have observed that US Direct Movers LLC are very receptive to feedback, and have gone lengths with their clients to give them a great service.
Definitely recommend going directly to them.”

Come the day of the move the movers were punctual and handled my belongings with care. Austin, Emmanuel, and Nick did such a great job of not only taking the time and care to wrap and protect all of my important furniture, but they also did it in a very quick and efficient manner. The complex I decided to move to brought about challenges the day of which gave me a bit of stress, but with the team I had, they brought me peace of mind. I thought with only one elevator working it would slow things down tremendously, but they had a system ready to go and ended up moving everything from point a to b within 3 hours.
