All the gentlemen were very nice. Mr. Leo was very kind. Bathroom was clean even though men work there. Lol... tons of seating for customers. I got oil change, alignment, balance and inspection. Will definitely be coming here with all my vehicles

TRASH!!!! Took my ladies car here for tires and a front end alignment they didn't even do the rear right,the car needed lower control arms and axles think they said anything, nope took my money and sent me on my way ,bad business

Highly recommend!! I'm from out of town. Had a radiator go out. Were able to get me in very quickly. Very fair prices!! Great staff!! Will keep them in mind if ever back in town needing a repair.

I visited Motion Automotive and paid $140 for an A/C diagnostic. They found the leak using dye and a machine, but it turned out to be a simple loose fitting — something that could have been tightened on the spot.
Instead of fixing it, they told me I’d have to pay again just to have that part tightened. I wasn’t asking for anything free — just basic integrity after already paying for the diagnostic.

Hands down one of the best auto shops in Dallas! I had a great experience at Motion Automotive. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and the pricing was more than fair especially compared to other shops I got quotes from.

One stop shop for all your car needs, I took my car and it was barely working, the manager Laith was super nice and professional, as well as the owner and workers , it took them only 2 days to fix a bunch of things, my car is working great again. Thank you I will keep doing my maintenance there feeling good, very grateful to find such honest people that take care of me like family.
