I have been working with Tricia Jurkoshek and the Motiiv team for the last two years and they have been amazing. They field calls for our service department and follow up on customer experiences in both sales and service. The job itself is very easy. The trainers were really detailed and fun to be around. The only thing I can think of that I didn't too much like was the rules would change at any moment and the upper management was very sneaky acting. They would let you go without clear explanations but I guess most jobs are like that in Texas. The pay didn't really increase but to 65 cents once you were hired on permanently. Not good enough for me but it was cool while it lasted.
