So I went into the pharmacy to buy some chocolates. But then I had to use the rest room. What a huge mistake! What a disgusting, deplorable, degrading experience. I had to go number 2 very urgently and before I even sat on the toilet I realized I was in trouble. The toilet seat was sticky from piss and God knows what else, and there was no paper towels or toilet paper. At this time of night 9:15 pm the 2 associates were up front so I couldn't leave the bathroom and go up front to ask for toilet paper so I had to put my pants back on without wiping the shit from my asshole. So.... I put my pants on with shit in it and went up front and told the associates how disgusting the bathroom was. They told me we cleaned it earlier. I said have you looked at it lately? No they replied. I said I am going to write a bad review when I go home. They said good maybe things will change around here. That's nice. Who ever the manager or owner is of this place I hope you experience this experience I had to go through ten fold. You nasty pig. Folks stay away from this CVS!

I've been using this CVS for prescription medicine for over 25 years, sadly, the service and time it takes to get prescriptions refilled at this location is horrible. Customer service is horrible, I will not be using this pharmacy again and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Store is filthy. Pharmacy services has declined drastically the last 6 months. Discuss my recent experiences with the Store manager and she literally did not care. My feedback and was not rude and thought she would appreciate my prespective since I havee been going here for over 20 years and it just continues to declined. I am so very disappointed that the manager does not want to work to improve the declining service and the Store is not well maintained like is used to be

Emergencies are inevitable and this location was the closest to us to stop and pick up some quick supplies and get back on the road. Finding and purchasing our supplies was smooth, but it was very irritating after giving your business to this place and not being able to use the restroom. Every other location I've been to does not have this policy and the male employee who I asked to use the restroom was ignorant about my situation. Very frustrating and do not recommend this CVS!

The whole pharmacy department is lazy, rude, unorganized and miserable. They have one or two good workers that are okay to say the least.

Came here Saturday morning to pick up my prescription. Got told to go home because the pharmacist "woke up late" and no one could give me my prescription. I am prescribed a controlled substance so I cannot function physically or mentally without it. I've been in pain for hours because the pharmacist couldn't show up to their job on time. If you need a pharmacy to pick up your medications PLEASE DO NOT PICK THIS ONE!!!

Hate to be the bs review saying if I could give no stars I would. I came in for a covid test not even 20 minutes ago and the lady was just plain rude I let her know it was my first time ever taking a test so obviously I don't know what I'm doing. She had an attitude the whole time and rolled her eyes numerous times. I accidentally put a bag in the wrong thing and instead of nicely saying thats not where that goes she hit me with the "like I told you thats not where that is going" and when I asked if that was all she just walked away before I was able to ask anything. She was overall so rude for no reason and I'm not a confrontational person so I said nothing in person because I was already nervous from this being my first covid test and having anxiety which she didn't make any better. I understand I didn't do everything perfectly but who would when they're nervous doing something they've never done. I don't understand what the need for the rudeness was as this is your job and I was being nice and apologizing for messing up and never gave her attitude or nasty looks. If you don't like your job don't work there simple I didn't make you apply and be there everyday. Learn to be nicer it gets you further in life than being rude and bitter to someone that has done nothing to you. I also came here for my vaccine both doses and the ladies were very nice I guess its just the drive thru pharmacy lady that is rude never making that mistake again. I hate to ever be the "karen" leaving a review since I said I hate confrontation but theres no reason to be rude and have an attitude towards customers that are being nice to you and apologizing for doing something wrong.

Rude staff members in pharmacy drive thru! I was waiting to get a COVID-19 and they said I was too early and had to leave, and I couldn't wait. I have done this with other cvs and they never had a problem.

Not only is Livina the most disgusting pharmacy tech ive ever met but she brought me to tears in humiliation and when i asked for 5 more minutes to apply my good rx coupons she rudely rushed and huffed and puffed and then yelled at her staff for even helping me and asking me to come in so she could assist me. You have lost a life long customer and will only continue to lose more. Hire compassionate people not lazy, people only there for a check.

Waited 45 minutes past appointment for Covid test got to the window the guy had trouble verifying my insurance which I do have, then when I suggested the non-insurance route since CVS claims to provide $0 testing without insurance they told me to get back in line which now has seven cars behind me. Scam service

I walked into cvs in a pretty good mood with my daughter and left feeling like a piece of _____. Kate the cashier shamed me for having a daughter and "being too young". She asked me as I was walking up the the counter (with a straight face and no smile), "This is your child?" I said yes smiling. I put my basket on the counter and pulled out my id because I had to get mucinex for myself and Bf who have been sick over the weekend. She looks at my id and then questions again, "1991? You are too young to have a child!" She scans a few more things then asks, "How old is she?" (Again with no laughter or smile.) I replied back 5. At this point I felt really confused why she keeps asking these questions so rudely. Wondering what is her point and realizing she's just trying to be ugly. It really ruined my day honestly. I get being sweet and saying you look so young and it being a compliment. But she kept picking at me and not smiling and saying these things rudely. It felt so invasive and felt me feeling awful. Yes I am 28 and yes I have a 5 yr old. But so what...? I am not standing there asking her how old she is. And asking why she's probably 60 something working at cvs as a cashier. I'm not shaming her for being so old and making minimum wage at 60. I could of said so much but I kept my cool and left with a smile because I didn't want my daughter to hear anything like that. Because I believe everyone should be treated with respect. (Clearly not the case for everyone else.) I called the manager (dawn) when I got to the car because I felt so off put and he made the excuse that she's from another country. I dont think it matters where you are from. :( I think in all cultures that would be considered very rude and super unprofessional. Even my 5 yr old daughter asked me on our way out of cvs "Mom? Why are you too young to have a kid? And why was that lady so rude? " As soon as we got home she also informed my Bf of the whole incident before I could even say a word. So not only did she leave me feeling like crap. You also got my five year old worked up about it too. Be weary of the people this cvs hires at this location.

I just stood in line forever to be told I had to have a card to turn in a prescription for Bank of America insurance Caremark. I noticed if you were in the drive in you received immediate assistance. I went home and asked family members on my insurance if they had a card and they said no. I called Caremark and they said there was a number for CVS to call for info on my Aetna card that I showed to the girl. So I will be taking all of our family prescriptions to a place that cares.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 7 years. Normally, the experience is okay. I'm here right now and this new female they have working the window has a disgusting attitude. I gave her my info and she said that my prescription was no longer available. It wasn't due to be put back yet but okay. I asked her how much one of them cost because my insurance said it wasn't covered. She immediately accused me of giving her an attitude. Now I have a cold but I wasn't in a bad mood or anything so I was taken aback by the comment. Now if you have an issue with your job that's your business but don't accuse me of being out of line for asking a basic question. I don't live in this area anymore but I still use this pharmacy ( until today) because the service was decent. Her entire disposition is disgusting and you really shouldn't work in a customer based industry if you don't know how to interact with people effectively.
