Cash Saver is a decent grocery store, they sell some of the " Hood" drinks & snacks you can't find in Wal-Mart, Target, Kroger etc. They have really good frozen garlic bread too! lines are kind of long at check out sometimes but move at a pace.

I wish I would have checked the reviews of this company before I purchased my vehicle, dealing with both the lot I purchased from and the financing company has been a complete NIGHTMARE. I brought my vehicle less than 2 years ago and I so ready to get rid of just so I no longer have to deal with them. I can not receive a straight answer from anyone whenever I ask for help, the online payment is unavailable for me to make a payment or I am tackled with fee. I have never been late or missed a payment, and I will be done paying my car this year. I should have to battle with customer service Everytime I want to make a payment. I love my car, however the headache is not worth it.

I am living an issue with Chrysler capital I am living in Broward County, Miami, Florida. Before the pandemic, I was working and in 2018 I need a vehicle and decided to lease a Truck cause of its low cost. I co-leased was with my father. And since then I have been paying our monthly payments regularly. However, as the pandemic strikes changed everything I lost my job and the payments have become hard to pay During the pandemic, I have to do the payments from my rainy days' fund. As they mention about the lease an extension Button to apply for the lease extension I checked the Chrysler capital website regularly. In the ACCOUNT SUMMARY, since the beginning of February 2020, but there has never been an extension button appeared on the site and naturally I have to carry on the payments. As the COVID 19 has become a major problem here in the Miami area we may not go out except vital necessities further extended till this month and therefore the Truck is sitting in front of the garage by paying to the Chrysler capital. Yesterday I called The company and the representative on the line asked me several questions about my work and normally I replied that I do not work right now. And then I was asked if I will do the payment of July and I replied according to Chrysler Capital agreements as there is no grace period I have to cause if I don't there is a penalty interest. `there is not a grace period. Payments are required to be made by the due date listed in your contract. Interest charges accrue daily.` I am obliged to pay as they apply the late charge immediately. And I was told that as I do the payment for the month of July there is no extension for the Truck. I felt that due to I am doing the payments, they are not giving an extension as a Punishment. I explained to the representative that if I don't pay they will apply a penalty, therefore, I am paying from my rainy day fund. I believe the customer representative of the extension department is not aware what's going on down here in Miami Florida cause the coronavirus spiked again, and we can not go out of the houses also the businesses are re-shutting down back to phase 2, further, there had been days in curfew due to the protests all over the USA In these conditions, no one can go out and have long trip drives for summer and the Truck is just only 6617.miles and annual allowed mileage is 10.000 Miles. I wonder how can I solve my lease extension problem for a truck that I am paying but sitting in front of my garage. If the truck will stay in front of my garage, Chrysler capital at least should have an extension option to the lease. Otherwise its the Chrysler capital benefit from this not me as a consumer. and the customer representatives on the phone are speaking very bad English assume that they are not originally American ( I am also Immigrant but at least speaking a proper English) so Currently They do not extend even though there is nothing about the payment, in contrast, they are accusing due to that we are making payments on time during the COVID 19

Advertise 1 thing and do something else. No wonder Chrysler should be bankrupt. Under writers do not even know good credit when its right in front of them tell me how Fanny may trust me with a home loan at a 730 credit fico but you dont trust me to pay a 0% for 72 months . D*** asses . But then you want my tax dollars to bail out your shitty a** company and products! I will never buy any of your POS products . .!.

We purchase of our Chrysler Pacifica Limited and used Chrysler Capital financing. I read the reviews after I had sent our purchase payoff through the mail and the company claimed it didn't receive it after a week, then two weeks. Finally, since the whole Covid shutdowns, after 26 days they finally received my payment and I had already made another monthly payment because I didn't want to be in hassle w a late fee if in fact my check got lost. Every time I called in the reps were more than friendly and apologetic. They also assured me that any over payment would be refunded back to me in the next month. I am thrilled to tell you I just received my refund and also the lien release within two weeks. We would use Chrysler Capital again if needed. We also had a 5% interest rate which isn't bad compared to the other higher rates people have stated.

Chrysler Capital sucks. They send a promising email that if you are affected by COVID-19, just give them a call and they will help! Total BS. It's all PR. When you call, you have no valid options. I don't think car companies understand the importance of keeping loyal customers, as they too will feel this impact eventually. Go with a Ford or Chevy instead.

Worst customer service ever. I sent a message to my inbox saying I was out work due to Covid-19 an automated message was sent stating in place of this months payment they will add an additional payment to extend my lease. And of course right on time, they took my money out of my account after stating they would NOT due to Covid-19. The supervisor told me I had to get a bank statement in order to get my money back. Instead of having a automated message complete your task, use the people that work for you. You do not care about your customers in a middle of a pandemic ...just money.

I've been back and forth with Chrysler capital since March 2nd, I was leasing a charger, on march 2nd I leased a Jeep through a different institution. I called Chrysler to stop automatic payments on march 2nd, they said they will note the account. Well on the 4th the withdrew $380 . And now its April 13th and no refund. Called countless times , each time I either got the runaround or conveniently got disconnected. And they had the nerve to send me a certified letter stating that I owe them $175 for a tire that doesn't look like the other three. I give them a zero.....

Absolutely worst finance company I have ever financed a vehicle from. I am the perfect customer I've been with Chrysler capital for 2 years have made all my payments for 2 years on Time , never been repo . Even when my car was on a 30 day impound I still made my car payment and retrieved my vehicle on the 30th day. Since the moment they've became my finance company their customer service has been crap. They have absolutely no customer appreciation or customer loyalty. When my car got impounded the gentleman at the impound lot informed them in front of me that the owner of the vehicle will be here on the 30 day to retrieve vehicle and instead of calling up there on the 30th day the just assumed I did not get my vehicle and sent a tow truck to go get it but I already had it and still had the nerve to charge me a $100 retrieval fee even though they didn't retrieve it then more recently I got into a bad auto accident my car was totaled my insurance paid off majority of the car but I still owe $1300 I called customer service and asked them to work with me on my payments that due to covid 19 I lost my job and can not afford my original payment amount of $440 month if I could lower my monthly payment (also since I no longer have the vehicle ) and work with me so I can pay them off and still keep my great credit score . You know what they told me NO I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for you. They absolutely refused to work with me through this crisis and the fact I was still trying to pay after my car had been totaled. Worst company do not finance a car from them at all I'm gonna do everything in my power to make sure this company fails.

Rude on the phone. The live chat acted like the first time they ever had a interaction with a human before. You should practice social distancing with your employees by getting them as far away from your company as possible.

Horrible company. Theifs. Stealing money out of my account after my loan has been paid off in full. Do not recommend getting a loan from them. Been a customer for 4 years and never missed a payment. I didnt deserve that!

I wish I could give this company a zero. I have had a loan with them almost five years. Paid every single month. However, my car got totaled and I am still paying this every month. Because of this virus I can not work. Guess what they can't do s*** for me. That's how they treat people with non collateral accounts that they have nothing to take from them. That can't keep paying anyways. I hope a stick goes up in there asses.

What a joke of a company - no way to change payment account info on website, sent payments in by paper check with account loan info clearly stated on check and stub, check cleared my bank and clearly shows it was indorsed by Chrysler Capital but my account shows past due!! made calls to correct and all I get is the runaround from some cat that thinks he is Mr. Chrysler. Now I get to do more running around to my bank so I can prove I made the payment. Finance with someone else - save the headache -!!! PS - This is the 3rd time I have had to call and fix an error with them!!!!

There support is awful. They can't seem to answer the most basic questions. My vehicle was bought by a dealer. I inquired many times why my account was taking so long to close out and the check was sent . Seems like a relatively common question. They have no clue and can't seem to help. Still searching for help / answers.

HORRIBLE X 1,000,000. Had an accident. Got a check from insurance company. Sent it to Chrysler Capital. Body shop proved with receipts the work was done. Two weeks now and no check from Chrysler Capital. My truck is being held hostage because the finance company cannot get their act together. DO NOT FINANCE with these idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!
