Danielle and Ruben went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my unit and helped to facilitate my move. From the start of my application with Monaco on the Trail, Danielle kept open communication with me to share apartments that fit within my criteria, made sure I knew about deadlines, and was transparent about any relevant apartment fees. Danielle was efficient and responsive— she quickly made last minute changes and got new paperwork in order on the day of my move to make sure I could be in the apartment of my dreams! Danielle went out of her way to personally ensure my packages were received safely while my building account registration was still in process; She seriously is on top of everything. Danielle and Ruben are the property managers that you hope your building has when you’re a tenant!

My husband and I have lived here for the last 15 months and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. The staff (Danielle, Kevin, and Mario specifically) are truly dedicated to ensuring their residents have the best quality of life and the best place to call home”home” as possible - if work wasn’t taking elsewhere I don’t know if we would’ve ever left! Thank you, Monaco On The Trail for a fantastic 15 months!

I just moved into Monaco yesterday, and I can already say I am so happy I chose to live here! I primarily communicated with Danielle leading up to my lease beginning and she has consistently been quick to respond and eager to answer any questions. I encountered some unexpected difficulties moving my furniture into my apartment, but Danielle and Ruben were both INCREDIBLY kind and eager to help me find a solution. The maintenance staff, Mario and Javier, also helped with some aspects of my move and were so delightful in the process. I was put at major ease to know that all these individuals are on staff at Monaco.

I am moving into Monaco here in a few weeks and the process has been wonderful! Special thanks to Danielle Wagner and the Monaco Team. Danielle is willing to communicate clearly, serve after hours, and is very patient with all the questions I had as I pursued signing a lease. It is difficult to find leasing agents who care deeply, but Danielle for sure, cares deeply. So 5 Stars to DANIELLE and the Monaco Team!

I stayed at Monaco on the Trail for roughly two years and greatly enjoyed my time there; the apartment was well-maintained, the room itself was very comfortable, and the apartment staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to any concerns or inquiries I had. Cheers!

Lived there between June 2020 until August 2021. Terrible management with terrible ventilation in the units. Some of the units are dangerously close to high voltage electric lines. Elevators consistently broke and good luck getting them fixed on a timely manner. Garbage management that charges you with extra fees when you move out. Overall, I’d stay away

Danielle is such a delight to be around! She’s the assistant manager and took time to show me a few different apartments. The tour with her was the best I’ve had this whole week. The property is beautiful and I loveeee this location.

Great place to live! Katy Trail access is unbeatable and the staff is so helpful. Maintenance always resolves requests quickly and everyone in the office is so kind! I've loved my two years living here!

I lived at these apartments for 2.5 years from 2020-2023. During my time here, a new management team took over and completely transformed my living experience here. Brooklyn and Rebeca genuinely care about the community and are committed to quality improvement and effective communication. Overall, the staff is fantastic and kind and a complete 180 from any other community I’ve ever lived in. Thank you for making my time living here so fantastic!

I lived in the property for 6 years and the reason why it took me so long to move is because the management was great. I felt like home living there and as the property is pretty small, it's easier to connect with your neighbors. There were issues for sure, that's why I ended up moving to another building, but honestly, you will have to deal with issues anywhere. I highly recommend this place. 5 stars!

I have been living at Monaco on the Trail for ~3 months now, and I love it here! The leasing and maintenance staff are kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make things easy and enjoyable for residents.PROS- Luxer Lockers. I have never had a package go missing!- Direct access to the Katy Trail.- Clean facilities, including the gym and clubhouse.- Efficient maintenance team. They quickly get things fixed, and have emergency maintenance available after hours.- Parking garage is secure. Free 24hr visitor parking is a plus! There’s elevators / stairs spread out throughout the garage which is convenient.- Access control and security are great.- Quiet community (for the most part). I work for home so this is a must!- Leasing office is great about communicating what’s going on in the community.CONS- Elevators break every once in a while. Maintenance is very quick to fix them. It’s slightly inconvenient, although I don’t mind taking the stairs. There are 3 staircases available for added convenience depending on where your unit is located.- Noise level is sometimes annoying. I live next to one of the courtyards and it always seems like property maintenance is leaf-blowing at 8am. Additionally, I can sometimes hear people in the hallways.- Water has been shut off temporarily for a few hours a couple of times since I moved in. Leasing staff always provide notice, but just wanted to note that in my review.All in all, love it here. My only suggestion would be more community events like happy hours or sports-watching!

I lived at Monaco for 2 years and would have stayed much longer had I not needed to move out of state for my job. Rebecca, Brooklyn, and Kevin are a fantastic team managing the property and leasing office. They respond immediately to any questions and always went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. John and Mario are an excellent maintenance team. Any issues I had were always resolved within 24 hours and they communicated the progress they were making an any causes of the issues. Silvia was always happy to say bellow to residents in the hallway and keeps the common areas spotless. The location, backed up to the Katy trail, is ideal. The smaller size of the building makes it feel more like a community than other apartment complexes. I can only hope to find a community like this one in the future. Thank you!!!
