We love our chairs. However one of them arrived with a black spot on it. After seeing pictures Jenece was very helpful in getting FedEx to pick it up and sent us a replacement. Very thankful. Our chairs are great.

We stopped by the store to see a sofa in person and were pleasantly greeted by Tristan, who gave excellent customer service and was knowledgeable about the products on display. We purchased what we wanted....and more. He followed up with phone calls and emails to ensure we were happy with the order, delivery and after we settled in with our new furniture. Everything was done in a timely manner. Human interaction is lacking as the world of technology expands. I truly appreciate having a Rep I can depend on vs. calling/emailing a stranger in the customer service department. Thank you Tristan, and Modani, for getting it right.

I'd think twice about ordering from here. Despite assurances that my items were in the warehouse, contacting them proved otherwise. Despite ordering with Gee in January, I'm still missing items. Due to delays, I purchased my bed elsewhere and found better service and quicker delivery. Expect a standard "dear valued customer" response, but it seems their main concern is commissions. Gee prioritizes the sale; after payment, her attitude changes. Consider exploring options on the same street. Additionally, despite claims of offering the best price, online research often reveals cheaper prices on their own website.

We went to the Modani Dallas store to buy furniture for our Media and Game room. It took us 10 minutes to decide as we are the types that don’t annoy the sales folks. Gee the sales rep sends us the furniture and when we open the package it was the wrong color! I mean we showed her photos of our carpet and Zee was like you need a gray color set and we agreed, and she sends us a white color furniture! We immediately called the store and spoke to the Manager Lacey asking us why you not opened the package before it was delivered! Anyways we wanted a even exchange and go to the store make it easy for them and pay for the gray color furniture! So, at this point we are already down $6000 K! and when they deliver the furniture, they slapped a delivery fee! We called them and asked them why we should be paying a delivery charge when they did not charge the first time! Lacey tried to pin the blame on us and asked us to contact customer service (Gary). At this point we realized we were getting kicked around. All we wanted was to buy some furniture and these guys made a mess of it! The entire process lasted 6 weeks! They can sure forget about us going back to eh store to buy the media room furniture. Never again!

We recently visited Modani Furniture to begin our search for a new sectional. Our sales representative, Tristian, was very helpful in answering our questions and patiently humored us as we tried out several options, asked a lot of questions, including pricing. In the end, we couldn’t leave without making a purchase. Start to finish this was a smooth process and great experience. We are exceptionally pleased with our purchase.

We placed an order for Sofa Lorenzo extended but later we wanted to opt bit smaller size sofas, Lacey from sales really helped in choosing similar sofa and also with the price.Amazing and extraordinary modern collection and cool furniture. If something you are looking visit here and we’re super happy with the collection they carry here. Process is pretty straightforward and making us to feel comfortable. Sales managers are really good people and highly knowledgeable. Lacey and Tristan are friendly and super helpful.

Modani has always been one of my favorite places to shop.. So when we needed to start furniture shopping for our new home, we didn’t look further…. Modani was our first stop and thanks to Ka’Run this was our last stop too… His assistance to put the whole room together especially with visual representations have been amazing..We already put the dining set up and We just received our couch and i must say we are loving it already… Ka’Run has been very helpful providing his expertise design knowledge and helped us pick the right pieces for dining, living and bedroom areas from Modani… We now eagerly await the room decor to arrive and looking forward to enjoying our new home with awesome Modani finish…I would highly recommend Modani and Ka’Run for all your furniture shopping let be for new home or renovating your current home..
